Value for money
hotel has very good location, with walking distance to katra market. They have drop off facility too. The food was great, we ordered Tea and some food. check in experience was great during mid night. Rooms provide 4-5 star facility at best prices like dental kit, clean and neat room, TV etc.

Excellent Stay
Had a pleasant stay. Staff were co operation. Cleanliness was well maintained and amenities were good. Difficult to locate the hotel without local guidance as it is inside a parking lot, otherwise no other issues were there.

My stay was really good here. hotel staff, cleanliness of hotel and location is too good. Hotel is 1.5 kms from vaishno devi entry point and katra market us accessible directly from the hotel.

Great Location with comfortable sta
The property is very well located and they provide a free shuttle service to Banganga too! The rooms are very nice and its a full value for money. Good staff. I'll recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for a comfortable stay in katra.

Average Stay
The place is pretty new and in a great spot near the Banganga checkpoint. Rooms are clean and tidy, and the food was good, though the menu was small and they didn't always have everything. The towels, though clean, smelled a bit damp – we asked for new ones, but those weren't much better either. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.

Average Stay
We opted for 2 rooms for 6 people withe extra bedding in each room. None of it provided. Secondly 1 room was quite spacious but other one was too small which shouldn't be the case. We also complaint about the fan, we had to switch off at night due to loud noise it appeared as if it will fall from the ceiling. The hotel staff was good. Dinning was good. its just I expect to be given equal size of rooms for 6 people plis we paid extra for bedding but none given.

Property location is good but there need to more sign boards to show it is inside a gate to a corner. Food and service are good. Toilet tissues were not refilled, that can be improved. Overall nice stay. They give a complimentary drop to Banganga checkpost which is appreciated
