Terrible Stay
A very bad experience. I suggest that everyone don't choose hotel neelkanth by mahadev hotel. They are not committed with their own words.

Terrible Stay
It was a very terrible experience. I never thought about make my trip booking for this experience. I was booked at neelkanth by mahadev hotel for 2 days with complimentary breakfast and lunch/dinner. But refused to deliver service. They charges for water bottle and hotel stuff not any to give better service. They took full of amount but they didn't provide any type of meal or breakfast and also denied, whenever we asked for our including meal. So i am decided in future never any bookings from mm t also suggests to my friends the same.

It was a great stay. Location is good. Staff is friendly. Accommodation is nice, rooms are clean. Over all i enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Terrible Stay
my stay in the hotel was pathetic.rooms are dirty and smelly.walls were in very bad condition.paan peak was there.ac window broken.no power backup for AC.washroom also pathetic. instead of cold water hot water coming and vice versa.lifts not working properly.doors not opening at my floor I have to go up and come back by stairs....in the night I have to checked out due to no power backup for AC.I strongly feels that nobody book this hotel.

Sorry for your inconvenience but you will ask for refund we just say refund process bear by mmt how we refund immediate after that even we insist to upgrade the room category they denied to see the room even because madam say we want to stay other hotel thts why they write it everything is bad here coz everytime customer threat hotel for bad review if hotel staff denied her refund request

Hotel staff was so rude specially the receptionist girl she was so rude and there is no facility provided as mentioned in this hotel.

Untidy rooms with seepage, no towels provided. Kitchen service bad. No one picked up luggage at time of check-in/ chechk-out.

Locality of hotel is good. Food quality is very good. But staff behaviour is very bad. Bed sheet, towel is not clean their. I requested to change that but they denied many times.

Poor Stay
The bed was not very clean. The water bottle was not given as complimentary. The room cleaning service didn't perform their work satisfactorily ( the bed was still dirty.

Rooms were ok type, food was ok but kitchen staff was very rude. They served breakfast in rooms only and ask to order everything at one time. Washroom was having seepage marks every where. Overall rating around 2. 7

Terrible Stay
Room was not clean. Pillow cover was un washed. I asked them to change. But they did nothing. It was terrible to stay in thus hotel.
