I had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient and easily accessible. The food was tasty and freshly prepared, and the facilities were well maintained. The staff was polite and helpful, making the overall experience comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

superb property in katra, i visited every year for vaishno mata darshan from last 20 yr, stay so many hotels, this time I try to Hotel Jai MAA in, this is my best hotel in katra, about cleaning, location, room service

I had a pleasant stay at Jai Maa Inn in Katra. They were kind enough to accommodate my early check-in, which I truly appreciated. The staff was courteous, and the service was good. Although the property is a bit old, it has its own charm and peaceful vibes. The location is excellent—very close to the Yatra registration counter and just a 5-minute walk to the market. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay for anyone visiting Katra.

The staff was very polite and disciplined all the hotel was so clean inside out. Hygiene there was soo good. And the food was very tasty and fresh there..

it is around 7-8 mins walk from the main market. and rooms are not maintained. We could see dirt everywhere and the toilet seat was broken and the washroom sink was leaking.

Front staff was helpful but rest of the things are just average, I believe for the price they are good enough. They couldn’t provide extra drinking water at late night so make sure you make arrangements in advance. Furniture is outdated and doesn’t look good.

Stay was good.staff were helpful.AC temperature is fixed so a little discomfort.Electric kettle is in bad condition.

I had a truly wonderful stay at hotel jai maa inn. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable—exactly what you hope for after a long journey. The bed was especially cozy, and the linens felt luxurious. I also appreciated the small touches, like complimentary bottled water and quality toiletries. The location is another big plus. It’s situated near highway and yet quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep.

Drainage system was blocked , and water outflows from drain while bathing

Good rooms to stay with family,... restaurant is also nice....do not expect kids play area or gym etc...but hotel is good with basic facilities, parking etc...

We did not received Complimentary Pick up and Drop to Darshan Point (either Banganga or Helipad) once during stay from 8 am to 8 pm

The stay was comfortable and services provide by hotel are good and accessible. Staff was very good and supportive. It is safe for kids and she enjoyed the food as well.The only problem is low strength of Wi-Fi at second floor.

worst ever experience...poor staff,poor and un maintain property.old scool type tap and flush system.all the tap are jammed.harf twist toward hot n cold.a.c of the room are not working. t.v.also not working.no one clean room.i stay there three day no one come to clean room.noting is good.terriable exp with jai maa in.never recommend any one to book this hotel its not a hotel it is lodge.and after check out thay call me for the payment of any other room. plz save you hard earned money.and choose any other hotel.

rooms were good and spacious their food is also good location is also perfect, market is at walking distance.

The plug point found burnt. Insufficient tea, coffee,soap. No sleepers. Only 1 bottle drinking water,no filter water kept & I have to go to get it myself. material supply.No laundry bag. Manager at reception found absent intermittently. The did not provide, disclose the free drop at Darsan point.TV found unfuctional & did not get ok inspite of reporting. Thanks 🙏

We booked our stay for 6 May-9 May, excited to return to the property where we previously had great experiences. However, this time our expectations were shattered upon check-in. We were given room 103, which initially appeared fine, but the washroom was pale with stinky marks on the floor. Basic toiletries like bathroom slippers and a dental kit were not provided, as they claimed they didn't have them. When we unfolded the blanket, it was dirty with stain marks. Although the staff changed it, the new blanket also had stains. The worst part was discovering cockroaches in the coffee maker. We refused the housekeeping staff's offer to spray insecticide due to the smell, and F they eventually changed our room to 110. Unfortunately this room had cockroaches as well. We slept reluctantly, needing rest before our Vaishno Devi trek. In the morning, the washroom had water issues; no water in the tank, the toilet flush wasn't working, and hot water was unavailable. The staff, including reception, housekeeping, and restaurant, were rude and lacked customer service skills. Our stay was disappointing, pathetic, and below average. The only positive aspect was the food and cab arrangements, which is why I’m giving 1 star.

Very pleasant stay. The room was nice and clean. Staff were very well behaved and courteous. Highly recommend.
