Jai Ma Inn Hotels

The hotel rooms looked nice, but they smelled bad, and the service was even worse. The landline phones didn't work. We had a lot of trouble.

Nice and clean rooms. Room service also excellent. Hotel staff is prompt and fast. Free taxi service to helipad drop and pick up. Overall excellent experience. This is our 4th stay in Jai Maa Inn.

bad experience with hotel cleanliness. Had to change my rooms twice to settle for a relatively cleaner room but there was a cockroach menace.

Seems like MMT does not have good repo with the hotel as they have given 3rd class room, unhigenic rooms, no cleanliness, too much smelly, no ventilation, systems like phone , TV does not work well, once requested to change the room then giving another worse room or with less bed. It seems they only give priority if we book offline rooms. please help to better to service when ppl book online booking

Property itself was good. It's a basic property. Food included in MAP plan is not buffer. Breakfast is also served a la carte. Service is good over all.

room ki size Badi Hai Lekin average hai pure room mein Lakadi ka furniture Hai jis Karan se cockroach dekhne Ko Mil sakte hain. is par hotel walon Ko Dhyan Dena chahie hamen station chhodane ke liye cab uplabdh nahin karai Gai thi bola Gaya ki 8:00 baje se pahle hotal ki taraf se koi cab nahin jaati. isliye achcha nahin Laga.

I had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient and easily accessible. The food was tasty and freshly prepared, and the facilities were well maintained. superb property in katra, i visited every year for vaishno mata darshan from last 20 yr, stay so many hotels, this time I try to Hotel Jai MAA in, this is my best hotel in katra, about cleaning, location, room service

I had a pleasant stay at Jai Maa Inn in Katra. They were kind enough to accommodate my early check-in, which I truly appreciated. The staff was courteous, and the service was good. Although the property is a bit old, it has its own charm and peaceful vibes. The location is excellent—very close to the Yatra registration counter and just a 5-minute walk to the market. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay for anyone visiting Katra.

The staff was very polite and disciplined all the hotel was so clean inside out. Hygiene there was soo good. And the food was very tasty and fresh there..

it is around 7-8 mins walk from the main market. and rooms are not maintained. We could see dirt everywhere and the toilet seat was broken and the washroom sink was leaking.

Front staff was helpful but rest of the things are just average, I believe for the price they are good enough. They couldn’t provide extra drinking water at late night so make sure you make arrangements in advance. Furniture is outdated and doesn’t look good.

Stay was good.staff were helpful.AC temperature is fixed so a little discomfort.Electric kettle is in bad condition.

I had a truly wonderful stay at hotel jai maa inn. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable—exactly what you hope for after a long journey. The bed was especially cozy, and the linens felt luxurious. I also appreciated the small touches, like complimentary bottled water and quality toiletries. The location is another big plus. It’s situated near highway and yet quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep.

Drainage system was blocked , and water outflows from drain while bathing

Good rooms to stay with family,... restaurant is also nice....do not expect kids play area or gym etc...but hotel is good with basic facilities, parking etc...

We did not received Complimentary Pick up and Drop to Darshan Point (either Banganga or Helipad) once during stay from 8 am to 8 pm
