Room was good but the bed and bed sheet was not clean upto the mark. Breakfast was good but was not having different varieties Otherwise it is good for family to stay here

Good Hotel but still some improvement in management is needed. May be due to new hotel the overall arrangements are bit mismanaged we had to wait for check in....but over all a Good stay

The person on the reception is very rude. I booked a 3 bed room through mmt and he checked me in 2 bed room. when asked he said did u inform someone to keep the room for you. and after lots of hustle he changed the room

The rooms were very small and the room in which I was staying was not in good condition as there were ants everywhere. The ants were on the bed and on the sofa, curtains, I informed the staff and requested to change my room but they didn't. They sent staff to clean the room but that was not helpful as after sometime they ants came again and again I complained and asked them for changing the room but they didn't. They hotel staff was not helpful and was not ready to accept that the ants in the room is a big problem when you have a 3 year old baby with you. I am not sure about the other rooms but in my room I faced the issue.

Newly build with all amenities. The staffs are extremely helpful and behaviour is down to earth. The location is very nearby station. The cleanliness is perfectly maintained.

The property was very good. It was very well maintained, the room and bathroom were clean with all the basic necessities. The staff was humble and well behaved. The food at the restaurant was also well cooked and we liked everything that we ate. They also arranged for a van to drop us at the banganga check point which was included in the tariff. Overall a very nice experience to stay at this property and we recommend the hotel to stay at Katra.

The hotel is new, neat and clean but needs to work a lot on many small issues like washrooms water drainage, space management in room and room service etc. Travelling with a small kid and family then you shall book bigger rooms as executive rooms do not have proper space. Room service is not good and does not have proper amenities so travel with all your needs and amenities.

My room was just what I needed: clean, cozy, and quiet, a perfect place to rest before the yatra. The food was simple but delicious, like something made with care rather than just thrown together. What really made a difference was the **free pick-and-drop to Banganga**—one less thing to worry about. With the market right nearby, everything was within reach. It wasn’t just a stay; it felt like someone had thought about what a traveler actually needs.

Hotel is very clear and food is very good and tasty all are very polite all facilities is good and all basic need full

Excellent stay at Katra Avenue hotel. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights with Family. Clean and new property with humble staff. Mr. Dileep Singh and Mr. Amit Thakur were very helpful in planning all darshan and nearby trips and local shopping. Restaurant food is very good. Great location with nearby shops and restaurants. Highly recommend the hotel for family trips.

Rooms are spacious, clean and location is great. Daleep ji front office manager at the property is very helpful and responsive and made sure we were taken care of. We had issues with the travel desk though and would be great if the travel desk services are improved. Jammu airport has a very reliable prepaid taxi service which charges much lesser and one could avail this service for pick up from airport.
