HOTEL THE GRAND DEWAN

Specious rooms, very neat and clean. It was a really good experience to stay in this hotel especially in the difficult times when Yatra was suddenly closed due to heavy rains.

Except the look of property everything is terrible. When we checked in there was no toiletries, no towels in the bathroom. There was no AC control remote or panel. No facility for milk for children in morning. WiFi service was extremely poor. No generator facility. Room service was very poor. Next day we were not provided with water bottle and fresh towels. No action was taken after complaints also. So we checked out the hotel early.

Very good and very nice staff , rooms are also very neat and clean , and they facilate drop facilities from railway station to hotel

We stayed here for two days, room was very clean spacious and cozy. They arranged cabs for darshan pick up and drop. The staff was very cordial.

Ajay is very good staff the hotel staffs are available at your service just in a call and they have given us 2 more hrs then the check out time because we are late but considering child and senior citizens they didn’t even knocked disturb us after 2 hrs of check out they call us ask us the request time not even they ask us to leave as already it’s late

Stay was fine but service was very poor food was also not up to the mark

Unavailability of intercom, AC issue at full night terrible, staff slow, delay in food services etc.

If we talk about the rooms they were nice but the location of the hotel not as per the price they charged and they had even charged for driver's stay which most of the hotels gave complementary

Room was spacious and we'll maintained. Staff was friendly and cordial. I had booked for lunch/dinner and the food provided was delicious. Overall stay was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Katra! The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a peaceful view of the surrounding hills. The location is perfect—just a short distance from the Vaishno Devi base point. Their in-house restaurant served fresh and tasty meals, and the overall service was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Katra! They even provide free complimentary drop service to railway station.

Stay at nice location with cooperative and helpful staff. Very close to main katra market at walking distance

Entire night there was no electricity, and even after calling they said they’ll turn on the generator but they did in morning before checkout

My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed – including a cozy bed, strong Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, and I really appreciated the little touches like complimentary water and toiletries. The location is perfect – close Katra main market....10 mins walking from the hotel. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a while. I will definitely be returning and would recommend The Hotel Grand Dewan to anyone visiting the area.
