Room was very dirty and there was stains on the towels no toiletries provided and they charged me extra 1500 and didn’t even provided water

Very comfortable stay. Helpful staff. Arranged drop to helipad. 5 min walking distance from the main market/bus stand, slightly inside but manageable.

Property location is good and food is very good. Amenities & services are also very good . I would line to stay here again if I travel to Katra .

We have been visiting Vaishno Devi Mata every year and this year we came across this hotel. Booking this was one of the best decision for us as we previously had bad experiences in hotels in Katra. This hotel is hygienic, easily accessible and the staff is very helpful and always available whenever needed. This is going to be our go to hotel for all our coming visits. Jai Mata Di

Stayed two nights at Hotel Dewan Grand Katra and loved every bit of it. The staff was efficient and friendly—Mr. Vijay Kumar and Deepak Sharma stood out for his helpful attitude. We enjoyed a welcome drink on arrival and flavorful buffet meals with lots of options. Highly recommended stay!

Specious rooms, very neat and clean. It was a really good experience to stay in this hotel especially in the difficult times when Yatra was suddenly closed due to heavy rains.

Except the look of property everything is terrible. When we checked in there was no toiletries, no towels in the bathroom. There was no AC control remote or panel. No facility for milk for children in morning. WiFi service was extremely poor. No generator facility. Room service was very poor. Next day we were not provided with water bottle and fresh towels. No action was taken after complaints also. So we checked out the hotel early.

We stayed here for two days, room was very clean spacious and cozy. They arranged cabs for darshan pick up and drop. The staff was very cordial.
