it was a good experience in this hotel, The food was good and const wise also fair.

Hotel staff is very good..And rooms are very neat and clean..The best thing is that it is very close to the BanGanga checkpost.

All over is good Food is yummy Bt some problem face by related to electric

Power cut issue in power cut you can't used ac and lift and bathroom fitings are not good giger won't work tv won't work too many issue with this hotel.

The staff's behaviour is very bad, not listening if anything is asked. Room door lock was defaulter and very difficult to open once closed. Toiletries items, morning tea kit not provided. Food quality was also not good and very costly

Katra residency is a well maintained budget hotel is close to the place where we start climbing the Vaishnav Devi hill. Also Only about 2 km from railway station. Staff are very courteous and helpful by giving right advice.

The rooms are good and clean. The services are fast and also the food quality for the breakfast is good.

The front office manager is mmmmm type. But he helped us to drop to railway station in their free shuttle car. Over all ok.
