Benefit of property is that this is very close to railway station. Stayed with family, average stay.

We stayed here for two days n our experience was good. All saff of hotel were very cooperative n take care of our needs. There is a restaurant in the hotel premises where one can enjoy their breakfast, lunch n dinner.

Bed sheets wet e in torn condition, no bathroom accessories, no almirah, just like a sarai experience. Please do not make fool your customers.

Near railway station, comfortable stay. Quality of food can be improved for better experience.

Bedsheets dirty, food quality poor, no power backup in case of power failure & mmt assured. Booked only on basis of mmt assured. But very poor experience

Best hotel near katra railway station. Min 200 mtr distance.. staff behaviour very very good...Food quality very testy in resanable price...awoseme my two night stay in...this hotel..msgs for someone will stay in katra..Jai mai vaisno devi.🙏

Location was excellent and stay at hotel was also as desired. Room service, food all were excellent.

room light gone, No charger and electric points running. Room service very bad, Towel not cleaned. Hotel is far away from Main Katra chowk and extra charged for Pick and drop for barganga

poor service as they took so much time to serve in room . even tovel was not put at room. when it was asked for they took 20 mints to serve the same . hot water was not given for drinking not ac blower in the room .

Ac was noy working, no food around

Ks international claim to be 3 star property but the irony is that they didn't even comply with 1star facilities/standards. I booked ac room but ac didn't worked during entire stay. When i complain each time they mentioned electricity cut and they didn't have adequate power backup to support ac functioning and there are several other complains as well. To summarise i would say this property is not worth booking

The staff was rude and not responsive there was problem with hot water supply in the room had to checkout one day early and take another hotel because of the staff.

Pathetic service, no food no hot water supply in bathroom, lift not working and no pick and drop for darshan, electricity was off most of the time due to which their geyser didn’t work, food was not available in room dining.

Very near to katra railway station. Pleasent stay here, hotel staff was polite. They provided chsrgeable pick and drop at bamganga. Overall good experience.
