Hotel is situated in very nice location. Staff is very helpful, rooms are clean. According to me, it is one of the best hotels in reasonable price.

I have booked this hotel second time from make my trip. this is located in near to katra ticket counter and surrounded by everything you need like ATM, restaurant, picture booth, yatra start point. it's available in central market area.

Location is good, as a welcome drink Tea has served only. The hotel staff is too rude. Room charges are so high according to the room.

Accommodation was more or less good. Washroom need a shower. Better display of name will highlight the hotel. Waiting lounge need proper illumination. Behavior of staff helps to forget these little shortfalls

Location is very good, hygienic, silent and supportive staff, i had resumed on mod night but proper response by staff in mid night also.

Excellent hotel On Baan Ganga Road
Excellent hotel to stay in Katra. stay in Katra can't be better than this. Located in the centre of the town and close to everything you need during your stay.

familyLocation is good, just 100 mtre from yatri registration counter, katra bus stand. No restaurant available in hotel but lot of good restaurants & dhaba near to hotel. Ac was not working during entire stay. Hotel need much more refurb. Very old hotel. Also amenities not avlb.

Hotel Rama palace was located near bus stand and 200 meter from Yatra paerchi counter. In front of hotel there is famous Sagar Ratna Restaurant and many more dhaba. Hotel location is on the main road. Hotel room is cosy, clean and safe. Good to visit once again.

It's good. Need to install a generator or other power source in case of power cut. Need to replace old switch and socket by new one.
