Room is very good condition and but bathroom bit smelly. Hot water available 24 hrs and also providing generator at the time of power cut, its really nice. Hotel staff was really helpful and they have given room immediately after arriving. it is near to Center of the Katra. Mainly hotel staff Arun really helpful person. Food also good and but we cannot get all the items.

Terrible Stay

When I entered the Hotel the reception, lights were off and had to shout for someone to come at the reception. Secondly, the lift in the hotel was not working. Thirdly, the room had under-furnished center table, there was no towel, soap, hand wash in the toilet which even a basic hotel keep - when I asked for towels I was surprised that the towels were having big holes in the corners although they were changed but that left a very very negative impression. The blankets seems to have not been shown sunlight for years, it was stinking. Finally we could see centipedes and cockroaches in the room, the scenery on the wall was not in a good condition, the electric switches were not in shape. I will never prefer staying in this and will not suggest anyone else.

Do not consider staying at this hotel

1st MakeMyTrip didn't send my booking details to the hotel. Next when I reached my room it was locked from inside. Upon knocking a half naked guy opened the door. I was given the room at 12:30 PM when the check-in time is 12:00 PM. Even after several requests, the used towel of the last guest was still in my room when I checked out after 2 days. The TV was blurred. Food quality poor and to top of that they charged me INR 30 for just 1 cup of tea. I do not recommend anyone for this hotel.

Not a very good hotel as per my experience

There are two things I would like to write here. 1) Normally all hotels in Katra provide a drop and pickup from hotel to baanganga but I was told that if a hotel is booked from MakeMyTrip its charged 200 RS. 2) I reached in the morning by Sri Shakti express and my return was in the evening the same day so I was going to stay in hotel just for 2 hours but inspire of all this the front desk asked me to pay 400 RS extra as I arrived earlier. I have been to Katra in morning hours many times but no one ever charged extra.

Excellent hotel with very good service. Hotel manager and other staff were very helpful and gave us warmth reception. Hotel give us pick and drop facilities till Banganga post and bus stand as well. Although we didn't tried their resto food but it might be good. Will surely recommend my friends and relatives.

For early check-in they didn't charge any rupees. Helpfull staff for guidance for places to see near by katra. Free wifi facilities. Clean rooms. Pick up & drop facilities till banganga check post & till bus stop. Very comfortable stay in reasonable rates.

Short but pleasant stay at the hotel

Kerni Palace Hotel was the good choice for my short stay in Katra. Room was nice and clean. However, Landline phone didn't work in the room to get the service over phone. Staff was readily available for the service. Definitely I will book the same hotel in case of my future journey.

It was a pathetic exprience. I will never recommend to stay here. Food quality was very bad, they did not maintain the hygiene at room or staircase. Washroom was smelling like anything. We asked to the manager for the issue but they did not even bother.

Hotel has good infrastructure, poor maintenance, no hygiene old used bath towels were changed on demand on arrival, wash room was smelly. The TV was old and erratic. Newspaper was given after requests.

Location and Hotel itself was nice. Staff was good except for the fact that once Water was not provided in my room for whole night even though I called twice or thrice for the same. Rest it was ok. Its almost 5 km from bus stand.
