Hotel Jagdish Residency @ 2 mins drive to Railway Station

Well the stay was safe, as usual the staff were polite and gave abundant information and guided well for the location. The restaurant is not available. WATER is given only if asked. Heater was not working to the mark always. They made alternate povisions and self service was performed by us. TV is not working .. was denied even after requesting. Cleanliness can be further improved in rooms. It is cheap and adorable stay, with less amenities overall

Location is good, very close to market. Cab drop is included, best part. Hotel is good, staff were nice and helpful.

Washrooms were dirty with cockroaches in rooms. Unhygienic rooms and corridors

The rooms are not clean properly , the television (T.V) is not working , the location is so-so , the washroom smells very bad and is not clean , wifi is not working properly and the wifi connection is too slow

Rooms was smelly,no proper cleaness in the room and bathroom was dirty too.My experience with hotel room is terrible.

I m paying the extra paymemt for meals but we have received Day 1 Lunch third class Thali( No food choosen option as per the hotel policy Thali are fixed Rs.110/ Thali)..2 Thali- only given one Mix vegetable along with Hoorerable Dal. 2nd Day Breakfast- Only given 2 Paratta for two person, one person one Paratha as per the hotel policy.One Paratta cost is 100/-. I need my refund my food expences and also need explanation about the same.

In have visited many cities and stayed there but jagdish residency is the best in india and staff of jagdish residency is like family, all the best!

It was not a good experience, as hotel is in very bad condition. Pictures shown are not similar. No mineral water, no toiletries available. Switches are not in working conditions. Blanket are of bad conditions. I will not refer this hotel to any body.

Hotel location: good food: in between ok and good cleanliness: not upto the mark, there are spit sign on room walls. Bedding are not stinking but looking not fresh. Hygiene: washroom need to be maintained properly. My wife had spotted some germs/ insects near comod. Overall experience is ok, but there is strong need to look on cleanliness and hygiene.

Very poor service regarding rooms, cleaning, infrastructure. I will never recommend this hotel at katra

Rooms were good, clean, washroom were not so good, especially to mention the geyser was have electric leakage, we felt the shock, no dangerous but yes it was, food was okay. Staff was good
