B hot hi zyada ghatiya hotel baat karne ka tarika nahi ab tak ka sabse ghatiya hotel room hi available nahi karaya

The hotel is based at the main katra market which makes it easy for us to visit the market easily whenever we get time and without too much walk.

Can’t say that the hotel is not habitable. One can stay if not other option available. But: bathroom fitting exists but not maintained even not normal standard. Tapes were leaking. Main door of room was not fitted well. It was taking a lot of affords to open lock and door, even once we have to call hotel’s assistant to open it. Upon seeing the door condition, hotel manager offer to shift the room but another room also was not of good condition. Anyway, we stayed one night and change the hotel for another night. Online room charges charged 85% higher then actual rate of hotel, confirmed at the reception. Even all these we thanks to you all for the peace of mind we have till we reached the hotel and enjoyed with the above constraints.

I checked in at the Hotel Krishna Palace, Katra, Jammu on May 5, 2022, and checked out on May 7, 2022. I stayed there for two days with my family in the room. The hotel rooms were unclean with dirty bedsheets (used by previous guests. While one of the rooms was supposed to be a 3-bed room, it was only a 2-bed room with an additional mattress provided (to be laid on the ground. The TV sets were not working and the charging points were linked to the Tubelight (you have to keep the tube light on at night to charge your phone. The rooms had no exhaust for toilet air and were stinking with the smell of the toilet. The room interiors were of really degraded quality and dirty. Even the common dormitory operated by Mata Vaishnodevi Trust is cleaner and better than these rooms. I and my family had to suffer during Vaishnodevi Yatra because of booking this hotel. Considering that the actual room condition is very different from the ones shown. Room with City View - none of the rooms in the hotel has City View and our rooms had small windows facing the wall of the adjoining building) HouseKeeping - we stayed for two days and not even once our rooms were cleaned/ beds made) Heater - not available Telephone - not available Shower - not available, the room had dirty bucket and mug) Geyser - not working, called the reception person, he couldn't fix it - I have video recording which I can send if required Toiletries - not provided Western Toilet Seat - available only in one room and none of the rooms had an accompanying toilet jet) Toilet Paper - not provided)

No cleaning, very bad room service.

Hotel is located in katra market. All the facilities are available in walking distance.

The location of the hotel is in between the main market nearby sagar ratna restaurant. Safety standard is also good. I didn't order any food, so can't explain anything about food experience. Thank you so much for such an overall good experience staying at katra.

बहुत सोचने के बाद भी मुझे कोई कारण नहीं लगा कि मैं इस होटल को 2 या उससे ज्यादा स्टार दे सकूं, जब आप कटरा रेलवे स्टेशन या बस स्टेशन पर उतरते हैं तो वहां पर दलाल आपको 400-500 रुपयों में होटल दिलाने की बात करते हैं यह होटल भी ऐसे ही होटलों में से है. हमने 2 कमरे बुक कराये थे लेकिन कोई भी कमरा हमारी उम्मीद के मुताबिक नहीं था. कमरों का साइज़ ठीक ठाक था टॉयलेट काफी छोटे और इंडियन स्टाइल के थे, टॉयलेट में कोई वेंटिलेशन नहीं था इसलिए अगर आप टॉयलेट में शौच करें तो उसकी बदबू कमरे में ही भरेगी, एक कमरे में मोबाइल फ़ोन चार्जिंग के लिए कोई भी पॉइंट नहीं था तो दूसरे कमरे में चार्जर प्लग और लाइट दोनों एक ही स्विच से कनेक्टेड थे, मतलब अगर आप रात को लाइट बंद करते हैं तो आपका फ़ोन चार्ज नहीं हो पायेगा, और अगर आप फ़ोन चार्ज करना चाहते हैं तो रात भर लाइट चालू रखनी पड़ेगी. मैंने जुगाड़ कर के ट्यूब लाइट की रॉड को घुमा कर उसे बंद किया था. टीवी महज शो-पीस के लिए रखे हुए थे, कोई भी टीवी नहीं चल रहा था. जब टीवी का प्लग कनेक्शन चेक करने के लिए मैंने टीवी के नीचे की केबिनेट को खोला तो मुझे उसमे दो शराब की खाली बोतलें दिखाई दी, इससे समझ आया की होटल की सफाई भी ठीक से नहीं की जाती है. मैं किसी भी हालत में इस होटल को Recommend नहीं करूंगा.

Not satisfy make my trip book 4 person in room but room not available in hotel for 4 person

We had a very good time at the hotel. The staff is very good and we got all the facilities very nicely

Hotel not easily known it's difficult to find in the lane

Very disturbing hotel. You can't get peace of rest and mind. I did not get proper rest.

I had booked this Hotel second time as it is very near to the booking counter at this price it is quite good

There were small cockroaches Around. Would request more cleanliness to be maintained. Apart from that the manage was quite cooperative and Hotel has wifi too

No mirror in washroom. No wifi network available in room. Tv remote not working. Dirty bedsheets.

Good for nothing. When I checked in. Sepage in all the area around and bed sheets had smell and dust on it. Not recommend at all.

No basic courtesy to guests. We were travelling with family and a child and the person at the counter was behaving like a dharamshala. As if we were there for free. Please don't stay here.

Good support from staff with all cooperation from staff.
