Hotel staff behavior is very bad. Good quality is very bad. Room size is very small, we are four person and there is no arrangement of extra bad. Blankets are dirty and teared. Overall hotel is waste of money.

बाथरूम मैं टोटी सही से काम नहीं करती। खाने के सर्विस अच्छी है खाना भी अच्छा है। लेकिन सब पुराने बर्तन है। जो के होटल की साख को कम करता है। इन चीजों मै बदलाब की जरूरत है। बाकी रेलवे स्टेशन से ,200 कदम की दूरी पर है। साफ सफाई अच्छी है। ऑर्डर जल्दी आ जाता है। होटल से बाण गंगा तक गाड़ी फ्री सर्विस है स्टाफ बड़ा मददगार है।

Initially after reading the reviews, i was little sceptical about the hotel as i was travel-ling with my family and a baby of 2 years. Hotel is very near to the railway station and i had a train to catch at night, i don't want any last minute surprise, i booked this hotel. I called up the no mentioned on the voucher & he told me that we have complimentary pickup and drop service for both railway station and ban ganga checkpost. On arrival, the cab was waiting at designated point. It was 7 in the morning and they provided me complimentary early check-in. Rooms are clean and spacious enough with view of hills. Room service is also quick. Food is good. Staff is generous and polite. They even helped me arranging vehicle to patnitop at a reasonable cost. Overall very much satisfied with the stay and service. Don't go by the old reviews. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was good. But lonely. We are only guest in Hotel.

I have stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. Hotel is good and on good location. But true, hotel staff and service is not good. Its as poor as 1 star hotel. This could be good hotel if the management understand the value of the customer. I would not recommend a trip for this hotel. I have seen many reviews which were about the hotel location, that's really good. But service is very poor.

Very poor experience. Location was good, nothing else. They provide dirty bed sheets when I asked to change first they refused then they change again. It was full of hair. Then I used my bedsheets which I carried with me. AC of room was not not working.

Firstly we have opted for early check-in by pre-purchasing PAH for early check-in request. Upon reaching the Hotel, we were astonished and a terrible experience as we were asked to stay in a different hotel- Hotel Durga, next property to the current one booked. Hotel Ambassador stated they do not have any rooms available for early check-in and this was given a different property. The second properties flush was not working and there was a strange smell coming from the room we were given. Room no 306- for alternate Hotel. Terrible experience. We also had 2 senior citizens with us traveling who have faced issue moving the hotels back and forth. Again requesting to Hotel Ambassador they gave us a room in their property by 1 pm in the afternoon. Now writing about the original property booked. torn duvet. No electricity for 1 hour in the middle of the night on 2 June. Unprofessional staff. Staff was, again and again, ringing room and said we have got an order for 8 cups of tea and said sorry for coming in the wrong room with the order. Food is served in incorrect room numbers. Hotel is far away from Banganga Vaishno Devi starting point. Poor coordination of staff and team members. Personally rubbish and a pathetic experience overall. I will never recommend or personally stay in this property again.

Nothing as such, all Ok With this budget Hotel.

Hotel service and staff behavior were not good. Hotel experience is very bad.

I booked 5 room. All room are very dirty smelling. Reception staff behave is very bad and no any service provider through hotel. Pick and drop facility available but hotel owner not given the facility.

The stay is too good as per our expectations. The room service is comes in a call and behavior of all hotel staff is good.
Room is to good and room service too. Only get problem with WiFi which not working properly.

Feel awesome at stay in hotel and specially service attend by Mr Ranjeet Sharma. Thanks to restaurant people to serve good quality and testy foods. If I will come next time I will prefer Hotel ambassador.
