Review Of Hotel Heritage Luxury

It was a wonderful experience staying in the houseboat. The owner bilal is very good and helped us during our stay. Sultan chacha was a great man who served us during our stay.

Facilities at hotel was average. Though food was tasty time taken to prepare the food was terrible despite well advance order: ordered on previous night for next day morning breakfast, night dinner was ordered at 7 pm but received @ 8. 30 pm. Room heater was not working, no proper power backup to the hotel. Frequent power cut, whole hotel was under darkness for minutes. No value for money for the amount i paid

Early check out requested for refund next day as check out same day no response not found positive response even check out prior 1 day on time

The hotel had poor service. The wifi didn't work. The breakfast was oily and unhealthy, with very few items. We were lied to about the type of rooms, and the hotel was allocating us a deluxe room initially instead of a superior deluxe room which we had booked. Upon protest, they gave us proper rooms. The hotel didn't have 24*7 hot water. They had timings for the same (morning and evening. The reception staff (except mushtaq) appeared untrained. This hotel is certainly not a 4-star hotel, as advertised. At best, it is a 2 star hotel.

Staff were very cooperative hot water was available room service is regularly done and it's very clean breakfast and dinner was amazing near to the airport

Room was very good. Very good cleanliness they have maintained. Staff was excellent. We have met nice people. Food was just okay. Rest everything was excellent

4. 1. Very very bad hotel i was never seen in my life. Hotel heritage luxury was on of the worst hotel i never seen in my enter life. Stuff was not good. 1- terrible. 1- terrible. One of the third class hotel. The staff behavior is not good. If you order food items they will respond after 2 hours, if u called reception for anything they will also respond after one hour. Booked for mentioned hotel in 1month in advanced and paid entire amount, when went to check in, hotel management told this is not the hotel you have pay extra amount to check in after fully argument they have taken to other location hotel and food is not appreciated

Food is not good. Staff is not cooperative. Not providing towels or any things that needs after lots of reminders they provided

Dirty blankets and not working tv and no heater in the room

No warm water, no heaters, very shady place

Overall hotel is clean and nice. Unfortunately they run air/ heating during certain fixed time not 24/7. Food is average no much variety to choose from given the price of hotel they charge. Close to airports and stuff reasonable.

Very near to srinagar airport. Clean rooms, good food and can do attitude of staff makes it a great place of choice. Both restaurant and coffee shop offer choice of food for all age groups.

Good meal, clean rooms and specially near airport

Hotel rooms are nice and big, but unfortunately had a bad experience with ac as the control of the ac on our floor was dependent on one of the rooms where the guests had gone out. Had to wait for them to come back with the keys so that our air conditioning would start. Very strange they didn't have master key for that room either ( food was very okay manager was very rude, not courteous at all, was smelling of cigarette smoke, slammed the room door on our face! eventually, he was sorry and offered us complimentary dinner. The staff definitely needs training in hospitality, courteousness and service. Also, hot water service was available only from 6-10am & 7-10pm. Never known of any hotel that has such rules. If you want to stay back for a night and leave for the airport, it's alright to stay here. 600 inr was the drop off to the airport
