Great experience..all good and wonderfull stay with best staff and hospital..good good good great wonderful

Location infront of dal lake, however it is not worth for price which we pay. Window glass has cello tape stick-ed and cold wind was blowing inside the room. Due to light issue heater was not working for almost 2 hours. Further bedsheet cover was not clean, we get it changed, dental kit we have asked in the morning. Towels were not clean, we got it changed. During check in also, hotel was not aware about our booking, it took long to check in and that is after making all advance payment. Overall we should not pay more than rs. 3000 per night for such hotels. Breakfast also had limited options. Hot water issue, overall very average experience.

Breakfast menu same for 2 days. Ch-ole puri. Pathetic upma and poha. No fruit and veggies. Fryums on bf, who do it ? toaster machine not working. Rooms are okay. Views are not worth the money.

Rooms are neat and clean. Location is superb. Each tourist spot is easily accessible. This is just on side of dal lake. Food is tasty. Breakfast is ok. Room service is prompt. Mr azad is really helpful

Pros view of dal lake reasonably priced food cons the bed was cricking sound, even when my 7 year old turned over the majority of power outlets were not working. Electric blanket on one side of bed was not working electric blanket in one room was given after asking for it multiple times the shower head was not working, we managed with bucket and mug the fitted carpet in the floor was dirty staff was not well behaved

Rooms need to be cleaned, the bed sheet pillow cover was not good, restaurant service was also not good.

Only good thing about the hotel is the location. The rooms are very bad in terms of ventilation. Please avoid this hotel during summers and non winter seasons. Also i have not observed any central heating facilities and hence easily assumable that stay during cold days are going to be equally unpleasant. Coming to food, it's very very oily and unhealthy. They use/mix previous day's left over food and gravy in next day's food. It is already proven during my stay through a very unpleasant experience of one of the other guest. My advise- avoid booking this hotel. There are better hotels in similar location which comes in similar prices with much better service.

Never stay here. Worst hotel i have ever stayed. Dirty rooms. Very poor service. Over priced. Staff is not cooperated

The hotel rooms lacked in so far as cleanliness and hygiene was concerned. Rooms were stuffy. Some of the hotel staff was too clingy.

Hotel location is good .near to dal lake…rooms are big and clean …we could have meals so cannot comment there

Very poor room service, bad washroom condition, this is the first hotel where i got only mattress on the name of extra bed. Breakfast was included in my booking and while doing breakfast 3 - 4 person will come and ask you if the breakfast was included.

Room and location was excellent. We took a family room and stayed one night. The issue is with restaurant, they don't have anything claimed in the menu. A simple daal is not available neither they have tandoor. The menu is an eyewash. Worst is the breakfast hardly anything on offer a buffet is name sake.
