Staff was rude... rooms were pathetic... no hygiene no amenities.... Would never recommend to anyone in future

We take the family rooms which are under renovation a little bit. Rooms have good space and things are up to the mark. They have tasty food with simple presentations at reasonable prices. Facilities are good. Lift not there which exhausts us to walk to the 3rd floor every time with stairs. Overall good.

It is different from pictures but far better, good location near to mughal gardens, excellent service they really take care of there customers highly recommended.
