room price was so high..and room was so dirty...food also order paratha serve puri. I think bathroom has also long time not yet cleaning.. so cockroach available☹️

Hotel Review: Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Cleanliness and Lighting I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the experience. The biggest issue was the lack of proper lighting in the room, which made it feel dim and uncomfortable. Additionally, the bedsheets and rug were clearly not washed properly, and there was a noticeable dirt smell in the room, making the stay quite unpleasant. I checked out immediately after 2 hours. Cleanliness is a basic expectation in any hotel, and unfortunately, this place did not meet that standard. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

I'm in deluxe room Thier is no telephone and water problem in bathroom and AC not working sounds like generater, breakfast also given after 9.15am

The worst stay ever. The staff are rude, arrogant and untrained. The bathroom shower leaked throughout our stay, toilet seat has algae marks, and even the ceiling was damped! upon arrival we were given the room we chose then made to shift to other room. An hour later they again asked us to shift to other room after we had already settled in. At night we asked for hot water in a jug with glass but was denied saying they did not have jug in the hotel and gave us boiling tap water in plastic bottle!

Ok. The rooms were not upto the mark, bathroom had water constantly running. Room condition was not good. Not worth the money

Found it via mmt. Check in was very smooth with kakuli ghosh. Staffs were very polite and helpful especially amal. Room was spacious, clean and well maintained.

It was low budget lodge type hotel, room was clean but there was cockroaches in the room, ac, tv remote does not work. You will get water if asked only. Washroom was dusty. Room lights were unserviceable. Delay in service due to shortage of staff. Location is good. Lastly it is a mirage (morichika) not actual. Not at all up to the mark.
