My stay at Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket was truly delightful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering great comfort. The staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making me feel welcome. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping and dining. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay!

keep up the standard that Hilton used to have
Property location is excellent and I’ve been staying here in this hotel for the past 14/15 years during my visit to Delhi. The standard is really going down . No proper linens, towels are low quality, no soap, no vanity kit, rooms are dirty. Breakfast was ok. I really love this hotel but I’m so disappointed with the way the standard of this hotel is going down. Customers’ comfort shops be given a top priority I feel .

Ok but could be much better
The rooms are big and the location of the hotel is also good, my complain though is they do not check the rooms before giving it to guests, the AC in my room was not working as well as the room door was not closing properly after complaining they did repair the AC which again went faulty the next day, it is then complaining that they changed my room.

Terrible Stay
It’s an old property with worn off and terrible interiors and furniture. The food is even worse. Overall, it’s not worth the price AT ALL.

Bathrooms need urgent refurbishing. Hotel is good. Best location.

Average Stay
The room wasn’t that great. Being Hilton, our expectations were quite higher than what we got. Even washroom was okayish. Food was super expensive but luckily it is connected to DLF Avennue mall and Select City so you can get a lot of options. So overall fine for a weekend because of connectivity with the mall, otherwise explore other option if you want something in Saket.

Very Good Rooms, Swimming Area. Food can be better
We enjoyed the stay very much. As a mother of a 10-month boy my amenities were fulfilled like that of a baby chair, extra mattress and late check out request. My baby also enjoyed the swimming area. It was clean. The buffet was good with limited options. I wish the quality of the food were better, with better continental options.
