most of the features mentioned in the site is not there like bar, spa etc. many things are serviced illegal

Excellent Stay
The stay at Tivoli was fabulous and comfortable. The staff was competent and polite. The property is beautiful especially the pool area. The rooms are spacious and the decor is amazing. The check in and check out was hassle free. That's the reason Tivoli is my go-to hotel

Memorable stay at Tivoli
Had a wonderful stay at The Tivoli. Great location, less variety of food but whatever served is delicious, well-maintained amenities, and excellent service. The staff was warm and attentive, making the experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Terrible Stay
First, there staff has no sense to talk to there guest and there food how can someone made noodles sooo bad for what they are charging in thousand bucks plus there beverages price was skyrocketing expensive then the whole meal at 5 star or 7 star hotel. The experience was terrible. They make promises at first and then decline whenn u ask the same thing after check in. #bar #drinks. Never ever recommend to go there.

Overall hotel is good and vibe is nice , but restaurant is not good . i expected some more as a 5 star hotel . Staff are less , service is slow . But its new hotel so u think they will recover from every thing soon

Overall location was good however they need to control the traffic at the entrance it was very difficult to get in other issue we found was at the swimming pool where it look like that swimming pool was maintained well however just surroundings or not maintained the way rest of the property was

excellent experience
We stayed for 1 day and its was a great experience, luxurious property gives you ample space to roam. Spacious rooms are very much comfortable. We had selected room with all meals and breakfast n lunch was on buffet basis and food was awesome with n numbers of items. Dinner was alakate which was good. Overall we enjoyed a lot

Delay in lroviding the room wherein the check in was 2 and i checked in the mid night still delay ...over and above no electricity in the room was there and on the floor..Really a bad visit to such a 5 star hotel
