Average Stay
The stay was average. The heating was provide though it was turned off before 5 in the morning. Not proper communication and i asked them about the bonfire they said they don’t provide it and in the morning i saw they did bonfire for a some other room. Even though i was ready to pay

Good Stay
Rooms are ok ok, it feels cozy when you are in room, however the staff was not that good. In snowfall they denied to pick guest from 100 mtrs away from the stay. And there is literally no way or path to reach hotel you have to climb up in 2-3 feet snow

Average Stay
The resort has a beautiful view but except that the rooms and service is very average. The food is not of a 3 star quality. Very pathetic. Needs a lot of improvement

Terrible Stay
1. No approach road to hotel. 2. Full muddy route of 200 meters on top where this hotel is situated 3. Got mud in our dresses and luggage 4. why this information was not available because hotel management is hiding this adverse info. 5. Room was horribly small and congested. We cannot stand in the room because one side has slope at very lower height. 6. Food was horrible. Complementary breakfast was not hygienic. 7. Such rooms should cost 2500/- to 3000/- per night 8. Seek refunds

Excellent resort!
The resort is fabulous! the location is beautiful and the staff at this place are extremely professional and quick at service. Specially mr. Showkat at the reception is very helpful and the staff imtiyaz would always be at your service. Staff zahid clicks wonderful pictures and irfan and sajid are very helpful. My stay was extremely comfortable and it's worth every penny. I would surely come back to this place.

Terrible Stay
Hotel is literally situated at a hill top. Car cannot go till the hotel gate and only way is you trek 1km or take pony. Food is below average with very little options. No 24 hour food service. Also, it says that the property is heated but they experience powercuts regularly.

Undoubtedly wonderful place to stay in gulmarg
coupleHotel is really nice and super tidy and room was very cozy. Location is so well chosen that its literally on top of a hill. Wonderful staff and services offered by them. Food was also good.

Don't waste your money
family1. The location is completely misguiding. Address shows as next to gondola but it is almost 3-4 kms away. It is nothing but cheating to attract booking (in fact only reason i booked this hotel thinking it is close to gandola) 2. It is on a hill top but there is no direct transportation to hotel. You have to trek about 300 meter on a steep slope or your have to take horse ride to hotel. 3. Food is toooo expensive. Much higher than any five star hotel. It is complete waste of money with trouble of reaching hotel. There are better hotels available at better rates which are actually close to gondola only positive about this hotel is staff were courtesies.

Horrible hotel with zero facilities. No road access, you have to climb a hill. No room heating. Tiny rooms, bad food and service. Zero value for money. Please duelist and avoid at all costs.

Terrible Stay
When you reach there first you have climb a mountain to reach the hotel which is nearly 1 km. And there are no aminities nearby. And gandila ride is nearly 3km far from this hotel. And if you want to reach the hotel by horse ride they will charge you huge money and this hotels responsibility

Fabulous stay
Every thing of this hotel was nice, they have provided best greetings and hospitality services all the staff members are nice and best thing was to reach the hotel, they provide pony ride but as we are youngster we choose trekking and we did trekking to reach the hotel it was great experience. I will really recommend this hotel for all the youngster and trek loving person
