This hotel is nice to stay, staff is very cooperative, mr. Tahir, irshad was very supportive. Value for money, food is ok. We enjoyed here

Gulmarg gulsitara service was good, however their rooms were not up to the mark and the standards. Rooms were very small. No carpet on the floor and it was freezing, heaters had timings, no dental kit in the room and shaving kit, it was very low budget hotel, food was not up to the mark except for Rajma chawal, but the service from Tahir was very quick and appreciate the service from the entire staff.

The stay was very nice. Staff is very polite and humble. Loved the place, will definitely recommend to others.

We had a booking for 3 adults in a room. The hotel guy rishi said booking a bed and allowing to have 3rd person in a room is different. Such a weird explanation. Atlas t he arranged for an extra mattress in the room.

Couldn’t be better than this resort at affordable rates. *awesome rooms, heating, shower and big tvs* my stay at gulsitara & gulmarg gs residency, kunzer gulmarg, was nothing short of perfect! the staff is extremely hospitable and kind, they make sure to take care of all your needs. Firdous and iqra have offered exceptional services. The f&b manager armaan has been super accommodating and i would like the mention the entire f&b team for being so on their feet and warm and welcoming with such beautiful hospitality that it makes you feel at home. thank you for the great hospitality gulsitara and residency!

Hotel does not have basic facilities like warm room and hot water which are essential in cold weather of gulmarg, the heaters were on from 7 pm till 11 pm and hotel informed that it’s as per their policy. This hotel is situated far away from gulmerg. We booked hotel based on earlier reviews but i think they are all managed with make my trip. The food was also not at all good, hygienic, our stay was worst experience after paying huge money for two days

Its been the most disappointing stay in our entire kashmir trip. Multiple things were worse. Do not recommend to stay with family at all.

Stay was amazing, the staff at gulsitara was incredible. I would like to mention the zubaida name at gulsitara hotel, gulmarg, kunzer. She was so helpful, i enjoyed the stay and would want to recommend the hotel to all the guests.

Hotel gulsitara is best. The hospitality of staffs is very very nice and the rooms are very beautiful at very low price.

Beautifully maintained, rooms and bathrooms are very clean. You get food similar to home food. Yellow dal and rajma is a must try. Manager and staff is very polite.

The staff was really helpful and courteous. The rooms were neatly maintained. We had to leave in early morning for gulmarg and they prepared good breakfast early.

We stayed here as we dint want to stay in gulmarg exactly. This place is at about 30 mins journey from gulmarg. Property is beautifully built, staff behaviour was polite i will recommend this homestay.

I had booked the stay 2 months before knowing that this hotel has non-refund policy. 10 days before my check-in date, unfortunately there were unavoidable circumstances for which i had requested to cancel the stay and i had informed them well in advance i. E. 10 days before my check-in date. I had asked them to refund and was also happy if they would like to deduct any nominal cancellation charges. They were had enough time to get another booking and moreover the hotel rooms were houseful l for my check-in date. If they wanted, they would had given me the refund but they denied without showing any sympathy and lost my hard earned money in this way. So, please be cautious before booking the stay in this hotel. Thanks

Stayed at this cozy place for 2 nights. The staff exhibits wonderful warmth and their ever smiling faces make one feel welcome and comfortable. Food is lip smacking good and portion size is larger than average. We were 8 people, of ages 70 to 10, and each one had only good things to say. We would always have fond memories of our stay at this place and of the people there.

Hotel service needs to be upgraded. Water supply in bathroom stopped suddenly and clothes washing facility was unavailable.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and my experience was good. This hotel is situated in kunzer which is around 20 km away from the main gulmarg market. You can get a sharing cab from kunzer to tanmarg and from tanmarg to gulmarg which will cost you 20 and 50 rupees respectively.

i came to the property and came out straight away and went on to stay in some other property there was some foul smell coming and stinking badly almost we vomited 🤮.
