the property is very well maintained...rooms are spacious and clean...hot water is available...we stayed for 1 night but the only drawback is that the complimentary breakfast and dinner to that we included wd our booking was not at all up to the mark...rest everything was good...

Hotel is still under construction and facilities are still not upto the mark, staff is good although dure to non availability of full fledge aminities, over all services are not good and rating goes down, keeping the the price in mind that we have paid for stay.

We visited in the last week of nova only bed heaters were provided. Heaters were kept off and said will be switched on only during mid dec to mid jan. Hot water was also limited as 50 litres per room. Food order also took more than an hour for delivering. On a whole had a terrible stay. Lots of better options at similar price ranges

When you visit an hill station in cold climate there are 3 basic things 1. Good bed 2. Heater in room 3. Hot water in bathroom they had none of them

We literally feel ashamed of your response. You were 3 adults but booked a double bedded room. We offered a room with an extra bed for extra expenses. You were provided with a bed heater and geyzer facility. To our utter surprise you are a liar and dishonest. For our guests we will post the video on Google profile of the same room and will let everybody know your dishonesty. Mam you got excess hot water. Really not good from yourself.

The stay was pretty affordable and people were extremely hospitable. We had a great time at this place and would love to suggest people to stay here. Though it's 20kms away from the main gulmarg valley so in case you are staying for 2-3 days then you might want to stay in the valley however if you have one day stay then this place is the best.

Rooms are extremely spacious with good interior work and neat and clean washrooms. Garden area is beautiful and has green apples around. Shakir sahab, the general manager is so cooperative that he offered us kashmiri pulaw on complimentary. It is extremely a beautiful experience and i would love to come again. For general friends who want to book, i would strongly recommend them to book gulsitara or gs residency as the 3* or 4* super deluxe rooms are available at budget rates. Transport facility is easily available. Both local and hired
