Review Of Hotel Gulmarg GS Residency, Kunzer

Hotel doesn't provide tea/coffee in room. Hotel didn't have clock room to keep luggage. Not worth for money

Location of property is very good if someone wants to stay away from main gulmarg. Rooms are spacious and good. Food is average but the staff here is very polite and cooperative

It is a new building but no heater facility. No hot water to take bath. No room water heater for drinking water. Food was good.

Hotel is still under construction and facilities are still not upto the mark, staff is good although dure to non availability of full fledge aminities, over all services are not good and rating goes down, keeping the the price in mind that we have paid for stay.

We visited in the last week of nova only bed heaters were provided. Heaters were kept off and said will be switched on only during mid dec to mid jan. Hot water was also limited as 50 litres per room. Food order also took more than an hour for delivering. On a whole had a terrible stay. Lots of better options at similar price ranges

When you visit an hill station in cold climate there are 3 basic things 1. Good bed 2. Heater in room 3. Hot water in bathroom they had none of them

All is good, near apple garden is so good, nice service, room service nice, receptionist is so helpful

I had a fantastic stay at hotel, GS residency, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.the room were specious, clean and we'll appointed, providing all the comfort and amenities.i highly recommend hotel GS residency to anyone looking for top notch hotel experience. 😁😌

The stay was pretty affordable and people were extremely hospitable. We had a great time at this place and would love to suggest people to stay here. Though it's 20kms away from the main gulmarg valley so in case you are staying for 2-3 days then you might want to stay in the valley however if you have one day stay then this place is the best.

The hotel is very beautifully maintained. All the view from the room is amazing. Especially garden view is mesmerizing. Rooms have all the amenities. Washrooms have geyser and hot water facility. Daal, roti sabzi served amazing.

Super deluxe clean rooms at very much affordable rates. First i would like to thank team gulsitara for such wonderful new rooms. Rooms are extremely spacious with good interior work and neat and clean washrooms. Garden area is beautiful and has green apples around. Shakir sahab, the general manager is so cooperative that he offered us kashmiri pulaw on complimentary. It is extremely a beautiful experience and i would love to come again. For general friends who want to book, i would strongly recommend them to book gulsitara or gs residency as the 3* or 4* super deluxe rooms are available at budget rates. Transport facility is easily available. Both local and hired

This hotel g. S. Residency is located at kunzer, 20 km. Far from gulmarg. But you are showing this property at gulmarg.

Hotel claims to be in gulmarg, but is 15-17 kms away

Very nice place. Staff is also very nice. Must stay if you come to gulmarg. Nice property. Rishi, arm-an there are very helpful. All i say 10/10.

Rooms are nice. Location is not gulmarg its kunzer 20 kms from gulmarg. Manager was not supportive.

Rooms were very spacious as well as services requested was very fast and inside dining area was the game changer as they serve quality food inside the premises so that you don't have to go outside looking for food as their are very less restaurants near by.

Everything was great very cooperative staff clean rooms and washrooms food quality was also good overall good experience and great stay
