Room was nice and clean with overlooking view. Room service was excellent. Mr yawar was very helpful at desk. Food was tasty too.

They are fooling us on the name of shaw resort. Tv was not operating. Bedsheet was very dirty. Lots of stairs to climb. Washroom was very small. Please not book this hotel you will regret.

Not worth the price

The hotel is difficult to reach during snow season. The room was average. No toiletries were provided except one soap for 2 days. They turned on the heater after 5 pm and turned it off in the middle of the night, then turned it back on in the morning for 1-2 hours. Food was below average, it's better to have your meal from small restaurants nearby. The manager was not very helpful with requests related to local workarounds.

Location is good. Approach and entry to hotel difficult. Small window in room. Room averagely furnished. Bathroom clean. There was a kettle. However tea-coffee sachets not provided. No hand towel or bath mat. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Food is good. On the whole i would give a 6/10 rating considering the room tariff. It snowed and was cold. However central heating was not switched on.
