I never recommend, rooms needs repair

I was stay at this hotel in the June 2017. Location of Volga hotel is excellent in main market of pahalagam. Room was clean power backup of light also available. All staff of hotel is very friendly. Thanks to all staff for their support.

Location was fantastic, just next to the main market.. One can get a peaceful and pleasant stay... Our room had the best view of entire valley and frozen hill top. Washroom is clean but needs to be re floored.

Really very nice hotel ... Location is awesome .. Outside view of from the balcony is great Hotel manager is very helpful and nice .., due to strike in Kashmir we were not able to reach Gulmarg on the day we booked the hotel, on just one request, hotel management easily shifted my reservation to next day. We really appreciate this.

Location is pretty good. Catering service is OK and can be used for. But room and room service is not so good. Power was fluctuating all the time I stayed there. Toilet conditions were bad and dirty. Not recommended.

This hotel has a good room, provides a awesome view, it is located at the top of the hill, from here you will be able to see the hill tops, snow peaks, it is opp to the golf course too. WiFi has less coverage, rooms near the entrance will get coverage but other rooms will not, TV wasn't working. Bathrooms were clean.

Hotel is ok. Staff is very helpful. Location is good as well. Food in the Hotel Restaurant is not at all good. You can sit outside the hotel and enjoy the view of Gulmarg. Some of the rooms are very spacious while others are a little compact with no view.

Situated in good location but there was no cleanliness. Washroom, bed and blanket were in horrifying condition. Poor Wi-Fi connectivity, an old construction. Overall, renovation is needed, hope necessary changes are made.

Good Hotel at reasonable prices. We were there with the family and we were looking for a hotel in peace and this hotel was up to our marks. Rooms were very good and widely open and airy. Services from the hotel staff was also good and supportive. Overall it was nice stay... Must recommended...

Excellent hotel at very reasonable prices. Location is very good and near to Shiv temple... Must stay at hotel.. Gondola Ride was just 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Hotel staff is also good and very cooperative. We stayed there for one night and everyone enjoyed the stay there...

OK type but must avoid if have other avenues. The rooms are not so clean and service staff is not so cooperative. However, location wise its good. Good for budget stay in case of urgency and contingency.

Cheap and best place to stay with family. Easy to reach and access. Excellent front view. Right on the road, no need to ask for the location. Nice interior. Good wi-fi internet service. Rooms are spacious and well clean with washroom also very clean.

The hotel is situated at good place, but clearness is zero the bedsheets are very dirty, wifi connection is weak. The staff behaviour is ok, food quality is average, location of the hotel is far from main sightseeing area. Overall the hotel is not good for anything.

One can enjoy the kashmir view from the balcony of this hotel.

Will not recommend stay in this hotel.

The location of hotel is perfect around mountain and greenery. Market and Mandir is nearby only. No heater is available. Jain food on request was available with limited choices. They provide hot bed facilities but in chilling cold it was not much useful. Picturesque location is perfect for clicking photos.

Food quality and cleanliness is not proper.

Attending staff Mr Gulam was polite and good. Location wise good. Gondola and other locations are at walkable distance. My room had a cosy balcony from where view was good. It was having unexpected snow fall in J& K during my visit in March 14. There was frequent powercuts and geyser was not working due to very low voltage.

Hotel is good and staff is very good.
