Hotel Zahgeer Continental

Had paid them for the booking 2 month before and when i went to check k in the said they don’t have rooms available and asked me to go to another hotel. Make my trip service advisor was also terrible and i have a roller-coaster ride for 3 hours on the phone and finally had to go and stay some where else. I was travel-ling with my parents who are senior. Kristen’s and my 5 year old son. We were in gulmarg for only 1 night and had a terrible experience from the hotel first followed by make my trip representative srini and manager manisha. Surely my last transaction on make my trip

My accommodation got cancel-led as a result i had to cancel my trip. Waiting for refund.

One of the best stay i have ever stayed. The staff is coperative, rooms were clean, food was very good in taste, heaters were working properly, washroom was clean, the most important view was very good from this hotel😍

Stayed during mid january. Well heated rooms. Modern and clean bathroom with hot water available whenever needed. Bedding was not clean; found hair and stains on the pillow. Bath towels were stained.

I want to order my dinner in the room but they said that they don't provide in room.After lots of arguments finally the agreed to provide in the room.There wifi was ridiculous. It doest work at all. Only youtube works in TV.no other channels and it also for very few hours. Room heater was very bad. In midnight it stopped working in my both rooms.Supply of heat water in bathroom in only for 2 hrs in the morning.and that is also from 5.30 am to 7.30 am. Bhai itni subha kaun uthta hai winter m.
