it's an excellent location at dal lake. hotel rooms were neat and clean. staff was very polite and helping. food was also good. we really enjoyed our stay. only disappointment was dogs barking all night on streets which management should pay attention to get those stray dogs removed from that area. Bed was comfortable. lift facility is there for the handicapped. All the amenities were there accept microwave. if they add microwave also in the rooms that will make more easy for the guests.

I stayed in the Presidential Suite room for 3 nights. It was a majestoc experience with the 3 sided windows from bedroom nd sitting room diaplaying dal lake and boulevard road. Great kocation, wow room and good service. CONS... TV was not working and the subscription 3xpired. Took a while to fix. Tge travel desk arranged for acdezire for 2 days local srinagar and charged me 12000 for 2 days pkus airport pick up and drop. Driver was not ptofessional. Even asjwd me 500 for q hour Ac in car. He came at his own will at 12 noon and dropped me at airport ar 4 pm for flight qt 9 pm. Ignored my request to go to doodhpathri. So i am unhappy with the car service as it is a rip off.

We stayed at this property towards the end of Marc-2025 and here is our review: Goods: ====== 1. Hotel is at a good central location for tourists. 2. Staff are responsive (but won't go beyond their call of duty for guests) 3. Good buffett available Bads: 1. Stop stop room heating mid-day without warning. The heating was started only in the evening after 5pm. 2. Rooms aren't well taken care off, there are blinking lights and missing TV remotes which are not fixed even after reporting. 3. Lot of noise at night from nearby mosque that keep you from having a good sleep.

Welcome hotel dal lake is beautifully located facing dal lake at the prime location. Rooms are spacious with very good washrooms. Food is good. Room service staff is good. I would say good property where you can stay for 2 to 3 days even better than houseboats.
