Review Of Safa Resort

I booked it because i thought that it is in gulmarg but the hotel is 15 kms away from the gulmarg and in the remote place mera village. Even hotel did not have any sign board on hotel and on the way so it’s very difficult for us to locate the property. Even the rooms are not as seen in the pic. Average stay

This was not a resort, while reached the property, there was no body was available for check in. Gate was locked. There was no proper road to enter inside. After waiting more than 30 minutes, somebody came from outside, at that time, i contacted make my trip also. It was not at all accommodative to stay there. Hence, went to some other hotel to stay at night. Also surprised how make my trip preferred these kind of facilities. I would request make my trip to return money this kind of inconvenience. I would also recommend my near & dear ones & others too for not to stay this resort, in fact to avoid booking thro make my trip as they are equally responsible for this inconvenience & not getting any help at that situation. 3. Not good as expected & not as per value for money. Room services are not good, room is tidy & not maintained properly, no room heating facility was available with the money paid for it. 4

Our stay at sofa was very comfortable thanks to a beautiful property and excellent care takers. The food was exceptional. Highly recommended!

Safa resort is clean & well maintain but hospitality is poor due to lack of staff.
