Review Of Gangtok Central Rooms

The room is spacious, great mattress, good bathroom with heated shower and great location but no windows, no fan, no tv and on 4th floor without lift...

Room is good but not the services. Bathtub was not working,though they have taken charge for a luxurious room. staffs are not aware about their duties. we didn't get our breakfast also on time actually they don't know about punctuality. all over the experience was not good at all

Pros: Room is specious. Very near to MG Marg Market and Lal Bazar. Cons: No changing of towels on daily basis. No provision of drinking water. No fixed time for breakfast, you need to tell them one day before then also they will late it (as if they do not want to provide). Bathroom was unclean. No TV. Most of the time landline was not working. I suggest not to book the hotel (especially the breakfast since you won't get it).

we have an excellent experience 🤟..... staff is very helpful and cooperative. During our north sikkim journey we reached very late but they waited for us and also helped in arranging food Our grp is very happy with their services

They didn't want to serve breakfast but i had paid money for breakfast. They denied that breakfast isn't added in my booking but i had added breakfast in my booking

Location is good room are good aswell service is not as expected service is lil poor ill recommend to stay n eat outside the hotel rather than buying food in hotel

There was no water supply in the morning and we got stuck up in the room till 1030 without bathing or freshening up. 3. No choice in the breakfast menu. It's either Aloo Puri or aloo Paratha. We had to ask for water every time we were in the dining hall. 4. Dinner was just rice, dal, aloo sabji and paneer. Good was very very basic. 5. Hotel staff were prompt but seemed helpless when the water supply was stopped. 6. The best part is the location. This hotel is well located near market areas.

Dirty rooms. Poor room service. No toiletry in bathroom. On repeated calls no body responded. Phones not working. Dinner served in 2 hrs after 11:30 pm. Very bad taste of food.

The hotel is not hygienic, the service is very poor, the tv is not working, the washroom comod also not working

Room was like studio apartment. View was superb from balcony. Clean and hygienic. Got a good wifi connection. It was really pleasant to stay there.

Location was very nice, taxi available from hotel door and mg mark also not so far, staff was helpful and good behaviour, room also was spacious

This hotel we have no wify service no good room service no tvno food service. We have no breakfast lunch and dinner or any food service this hotel. We have very very bad experience in this hotel.

The most dreadful experience imaginable—avoid booking there at all costs. Despite payment, no heater is provided, and the manager's promises are nothing but falsehoods. For instance, requesting a room change results in empty assurances; he claims to address it the next morning, but the following day, it remains unresolved. the worst experience ever don't even day to book over there and if you book. They don't provide you heater after paying money.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and we were three girls (me, my mom and my sister. I must admit it was my and my family's best experience till date. The staffs are so co-operate and provide amazing service to individual guest. My mom loved their services as she wanted to stay longer but due to other plans we couldn't make it. But next time we love to stay with them for longer period. This hotel rooms are so neat and clean with huge space and great staff services. I will definitely recommend others to stay in this hotel for at least one day to experience their staff services.

Those who are planning to go to gangtok please avoid this property as it haunted especially 4th floor onward s we heard weird noises and felt very uncanny also the property is very very poorly maintained no cleaning at all. The behaviour of the staff is worse and we literally had to call up make my trip to resolve ultimately we got back only 2k from our booking with almost no resolution. Please avoid this property and maintain safety

Had a pleasant stay nearby mg mark staff was very helpful we reached at mid night but staff came to pick us because we was not sure about location
