it was the worst experience i have ever had even drink water was not supplied on time . the receptionist was not attending our call . in the brochure there was a major wrong description about hotel distance from dal lake …. 😡

However, it’s possible that only one of these numbers was dialed, which might have caused the delay. We will work to ensure better communication and support in the future. Additionally, we would like to clarify that the location details provided are correct and directly sourced from Google Maps, and we do not have control over the distances displayed.It’s possible that you may have taken a longer route, as there are multiple available routes to reach dal lake. We sincerely regret any confusion or inconvenience caused by this.
Average Stay
The staff here are extremely helpful, and i would recommend staying here during the summer or late winter seasons. The rooms are spacious, and they provide plenty of blankets and one hot water bottle per bed, which is a nice touch. However, the heating arrangement falls short in peak winter conditions, as there was only one room heater for the entire room, which wasn't sufficient. We visited during the harshest part of winter and ultimately had to move to another place for the rest of our stay.

Terrible Stay
familykitchen available nhi hai. Jabki property with kitchen dikhate hain. caretaker ki service bhi theek nhi hai. jab bhi pani maango 1 ghante baad aata tha. washroom ki bucket 🪣 aur mag bahut dirty hai. vegetarian food 10 km ke range me kahin nhi milta hai. bahut bakwas homestay hai. waste of money hai. WiFi facility nhi hai.

Whatever she is saying is completely untrue. The kitchen was available, and she used it for free without any charge from our side otherwise it is available at a nominal charge. Despite this,she is making such accusations.She praised our service in person,and in every possible way and was really satisfied with the stay but later left a negative review may be because we asked her for the early check-in charges. Her scheduled check-in time was at 12 noon, yet she arrived at 6 AM, leading to her complaints. In her review she says that the washroom was unclean ,I want to say all my guests out there who are reading out this review if you find any such issue I will refund you the entire money right away ,if she had any concerns, she could have addressed them with the staff, but she did not because there wasn't any issue as such.One more thing I have had hundreds of vegetarian guest they never faced any issue with the food, she faced issue because she wanted everything for pennies .We treated her with utmost respect and professionalism, so it is disheartening to see such contradictory feedback. Additionally, Wi-Fi was also available during her stay. We do not support this kind of behavior.

Umang, impresses with his exceptional guest interactions and management. - the pleasant environment and efficient staff contribute significantly to the inn's charm. - due to its high demand, advance booking is necessary; i couldn't extend my stay as there were no available rooms.

Have to improve their mindset to customer satisfaction
Amenities is good. Ground staff helper supported well. They screwed up our time with their bad attitude forcing us to travel in a vehicle where it was very inconvenience for our family. They are forcing us to take transportation which they propose. When we denied they stood their hands up and behaved very weird and kept us wait for half day. Our family faced very hard time with their treatment and behaviour. I think they should respect the customers descision and opinion. The shop owner changed his attitude after we cancel-led their transportation because of inconvenience to our family. Families who should planned to stay please clear your norms and conditions with them. They seems to be commercial and no mercy. Mr uman the hotel owner was very well coordinated and got us everything but the staff is not up to the mark.

We would like to clarify several points regarding your stay. Firstly, our primary responsibility is to ensure the quality of your stay at our hotel, not to provide transportation. Nonetheless, we do assist guests in arranging transportation if needed. Therefore, it is incorrect to claim that we forced you to use our transportation services. Secondly, your stay coincided with the election preparations, making transportation arrangements more challenging. Despite these challenges, you requested our assistance in securing a vehicle. Your party of 10 members insisted on traveling together in a single car to save money, which violated local transportation regulations. Local drivers refused this request due to the risk of fines and the impracticality of accommodating 10 members in a single vehicle, even though you were willing to pay the penalty. This contributed significantly to the delays you experienced and made it difficult to find willing drivers. Local drivers also suggested booking two cars to accommodate your group comfortably, but this recommendation was not accepted by your party. Despite these challenges, we arranged a vehicle for you for four days. After two days, you informed us that you would manage your transportation on your own and discontinued that vehicle. When you were unable to secure a vehicle on the third day, you returned to us for assistance, which our staff declined which is quite logical. We strive to provide excellent service to all our guests and maintain high standards of hospitality. However, based on the events, it appears that the difficulties encountered stemmed from a lack of planning and inappropriate behavior on your part.
