Stay amenities, service all good. But at the check out Hotel demanded extra payment for one person. All the details were clearly mentioned at the booking and charges were paid as per demands. However the hotel didn’t charge but such confusions needs to be cleared.

Everything was good like room comfort location etc. But I had negative experience regarding visitors. Hotel staff did not allowed visitors despite our 2 rooms.

We room twin beds whereas the rooms allotted were single bed instead. We specifically booked the twin bed room.

Excellent Stay
Our stay at Crowne Olaza Okhla was a delightful experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable in every possible way. Unlike the bathrooms in most premium hotels being cluttered and stuffy, the bathroom here was a spacious one with separate cubicles for bath and lavatory. Housekeeping staff was efficient one , responding quickly to all our needs. We enjoyed taking a dip at swimming pool and the lavish breakfast buffet was the highlight of our stay. Thankful to both MMT ( helped us locate the hotel and get the best deal ) and Crowne plaza for making our trip memorable!
