The properties location , food and services were all good. But the issue we initially faced was that pool was unoperational where we had booked our room and there was no intimation about it before we booked the place . We had to pay an additional 10k for an upgrade to a suite which is on the opposite side of the road where the pool is operational.

First time we booked it by looking at ambiance but when we reached at hotel, swimming pool was under renovation so all day it was noisy. We asked them to keep afternoon time free from noise pollution but it didn’t stopped. On last day due to some priority change we extended the stay by one day and asked early morning checkout and asked for parcel sandwiches. But one of our friends got injured and we checked out by one hour late. So we asked them for breakfast and there was one attendant from hotel staff who rejected to provide us breakfast which we already paid for. After escalating it to hotel FrontDesk and we told them for negative feedback then that person asked to have breakfast like doing a favour for us.. we didn’t refuse to take the breakfast then. Hotel checkout and bill settlement is done and we left. After one hour hotel from desk called me and asked to pay remaining amount of total bill which they forgot to file or invoice at the time of checkout… ridiculous.. which I paid. Total waste of money and very poor service overall.

stay was amazing and service is great.. food is also amazing..they have in-house Casita restro.... which is too good.. staff has so much good behavioral manner..

It was a wonderful experience. The design of the resort is simple and beautiful. We stayed for 6 nights and it was a memorable vacation. Our room was on ground floor and the back door opened poolside which was an amazing experience. Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Beach is hardly 10 minutes walk .

Hotel is quiet ok but costly as per property category.. issues with front desk that they don't listen and act professionally at all..

1. Perfect location for families and decent people who are finding an option near Calangute beach. Approximately 8-10 minutes walk from hotel to calangute beach. 2. Casa de Goa is beautiful property around all the properties in the vicinity in affordable range. 3. Various room options are available. All the rooms are very spacious , clean , hygienic and well maintained. As needed complimentary water bottles coffee sachets tea sachets ketli. Rooms have balconies of pool view and specious sitting arrangements for couple. 4. Rooms have innovative way of setting the AC temperature , controlling the fans and lights. 5. Bathrooms are clean and have bathtubs as well. 6. All the staff are very polite , soft spoken and helpful. 7. Room service done by the staff is outstanding. 8. Now about food , words will falls short to praise the variety of breakfast option this hotel had. Every day a specific goan special dish , along with boiled eggs , omlets , french toast , scrambled eggs , dosas of all types made in front of you , hot idli chutney and sambar. Bread butter and few options of American breakfast , along with variety of fruits and fruit juices , tea and coffee not to forget. Timing for breakfast is 7.30am to 10.30am. Please don’t be late 😉. I must have forgotten couple of things to mention about breakfast but not less. We had dinner as well in the hotel and believe me the taste of food is authentic may it be dinner or breakfast. 9. Hotel allowed us early checkin as well at very nominal rate. 10. This property has beautiful premium suits as well. I’ll rate this property 11/10 😀. Next time whenever I’m going to Goa I’ll be staying in Casa De Goa for sure.

Excellent stay at Casa de goa. Amazing breakfast , clean and specious rooms clean washroom with bathtub, very cooperative staff with proper goa vibes resort. Special shout out to Sujon and his team for their great service.

Service below average No amenities provided properly every day Food over priced After cleaning the room door was open while we were out from resort No apologies by administration First day complimentary fruits and local sweets provided but after staying 4 days nothing complimentary Booked resort cab for airport pickup but they canceled by saying that car is broke up So.... In total no recommendations for this resort Bad attitude by reception

It was great experience. The hotel was neat and the rooms were spacious. The behaviour of the hotel staff was excellent. Would definitely recommend. The food was also very good. And the location of the hotel is perfect.

Location wasnt great, facilities were poor, I had severe back ache because of poor bedding quality.

below expectations. I was fooled by their false reviews and fake promises .AC did not work and even though we had booked for 3 guests, we got only 2 water bottles .Bathrooms were dirty and staff was rude .I had extremely humiliated in front of my frds for booking this hotel other behalf.We had booked into Hardrock last month and this hotel in comparison in negative rating. I highly do not recommend this hotel.Even food is below average and high heat no AC and v high price with zero service

My family and I enjoy dining at The Aviary and find that they have the best buffet spread we’ve ever seen. Top quality food and drink. We feel so looked after by Mitesh each time we visit, he’s wonderful to deal with. This has easily become our fave place to unwind and have a great time every time we go.

The property is very good with very spacious, nice and clean rooms. The staff is also very good. Their restaurant has amazing food with good variety of options. Our stay was very comfortable and we would love to stay here again in our next visit.
