Excellent Stay
The hotel is good and hotel staff is very very sweet. The amenities like all weather swimming pool and gym and sauna takes thing to another level. Food is great too. Definitely worth staying.

Average Stay
Morning breakfast was with lots of varieties. Tasty and healthy with right mix of North South and intercontinental combinations.

Not a great experience
Never felt like a 4 star hotel. Its more like a oyo room work 3-4 K. and felt its not worth. No view: Rooms have zero view, you feel suffocated if stayed for long. Few rooms have main road view which isn't any great. Constant power cuts: Power fluctuations and cuts every few minutes. Though there was back up, it's really annoying to get disconnected and reconnect. No shower caps in wash room and you will eventually have to wash your hair each time you take bath. No bath tub or a hand shower or a bucket. No shaving kit. Bad food & service - I ordered food (Veg. Pizza & chicken biryani) at 7.30 pm. They mentioned that it will be delivered in 30 minutes but never arrived till 9 pm. When I called back, to my surprise they were confused with room number and sent food to wrong room which returned to kitchen. Finally they delivered it at 9.15 pm but the food was cold by then. Pizza was better though cold, biryani was terrible with no salt. When I called up the restaurant, manager and chef showed up at my room with a salt bottle. They tasted it and agreed that there was no salt and offered to replace it if given 15 minutes time. It was 9.50 by then. My kid denied since it it was too late for dinner. Unfortunately, I had to pay 1369- for the food which we partially ate and not liked. Away from city: it's far from the city and if you are on business it may works better since it's close to airport (15-20 min) but not an ideal hotel for vacation. Every thing is quiet far and you end up paying for cabs and waste time travelling. Dal lake, lal chowk etc are quite far.

Review about hotel, restaurant and staff
We had a very good experience staying at arco hotel for 5 days. The hotel is situated on airport road, we had our own vehicle, so we could move around easily. The hotel is very nice, clean, tidy and the rooms are quite big. The staff is very polite, helpful and courteous. We mostly had breakfast, the buffet spread was good, the restaurant staff goes the extra mile to serve your personal choices. The overall experience was very nice and we had an excellent stay in the property.

Excellent Stay
The location of this place is close to srinagar airport, 20 mins by cab. The food at the hotel's resturant was good, service was excellent. The rooms were clean and staff overall were coordial. Definitely a pleasant start to the trip with this stay. Highly recommended

soloIt was a very comfortable stay at arco. The staffs neelofar, and others were extremely courteous and hospitable. The food was decent and the property is very well-maintained. It's a 15 mins drive from the airport. Overall a pleasant experience.

Perfect for stay with family !
familyA perfect place to stay with family. All staff members of this hotel have somehow developed a peculiar habit of responding to every request with a smile. We stayed there for 5 days with our 1 year old daughter & not a single request of ours regarding baby food etc went unanswered. Food quality is so good that we preferred having our dinner at hotel only. Property is very neat & clean. Ambience is very good. Services are very prompt & efficient. Highly recommended for a comfortable & memorable stay !

Good Stay
The location was outside the city, little isolated from main market. The hotels ambience was very, staff was very good and honest. The rooms were neat and clean. Need little more of indoor activities. Pool area and gym was well maintained. Food was tasty and hygiene

There’s no running water. When there’s water, showers don’t work properly. It literally took us 1 hour to take bath.

Disappointing Stay at Arco Hotel During Freezing Weather
My stay at Arco was disappointing. I visited during one of the coldest periods in Srinagar, on February 15th, 2024. Despite the freezing weather, the hot water in the taps was barely lukewarm, leaving me shivering during showers. Additionally, room service was unresponsive to my calls, making it difficult to address any issues. The heater provided was limited to a maximum temperature of 29°C, and it frequently switched off every 15 minutes, failing to adequately warm the room.
