This hotel is very dirty and poor service, the management is very worst they do not a lot proper rooms and their rooms are very small. This hotel is just waste of money this hotel is so bad that I don't have any words to say I ADVISE YOU TO JUST AVOID THIS HOTEL JUST WASTE OF MONEY but the location is good

Location was good. Staffs were cordial in nature. Food was Nice too. Had a pleasant stay there. The rooms are really Nice and convenient. Housekeeping meets our every need. It's a great place to stay. The space between the doors but housekeeping takes care of it right away.

I was not convinced by the hotel overall. But assuming it had been suffering from post-flood problems, and the construction was still in place, I do not think my feedback matters. Also, I loved the staff, they were helpful and co-operative. I think in better times it would be better for staying.

Hotel does not have restaurant and hotel staff was very unfriendly. Only good thing was location. They did not even gave us fresh bed sheets everyday. For everything we have to ask and repeatedly ask. Overall I will not stay in this hotel and will not recommend anybody for this hotel.

Very nice Hotel.Walking distance from famous Dal lake.Neat & clean standard sized rooms.Well equipped bath with facilty of normal and hot water supply.Having lush- green backyard.Calm and pure Kashmiri falvour all around.
