Hotel didn’t honor revervation made by make my trip, i reached at middle of night and they denied booking and asking extra charges, they left me no choice but to look for other hotel booking.

I reached the location at 9:30 pm and came to know from makemytrip customer care that this hotel doesn't exist. On unknown place being a female at 9:30 pm felt helpless. Makemytrip should verify the hotel before adding hotel in the list.

Hotel lift is not working and hotel is multi level story building. In bathroom, geyser (hot water) is not working.
