I was faced an issue with the access card, as the host doesn’t seem to provide it to everyone—at least that’s what I heard from someone. I didn’t receive one either, so every time I entered or exited, I was questioned, which wasn’t a pleasant experience. That said, everything else about the stay was good.

Terrible Stay

Firstly the day i checked in got to know there was fight happened between the person who works there and one of the guest. They don't own the building it's just a room in the tower and u need to call the person to come down and bring access card every-time you go out and come from shopping or roaming out. One of the person was so rude to me i don't even know who that guy is but he is someone working there. He was like why have you kept your bag here there and all. Get to know that you guys are running business cause of customers. Also mainly that building security and the process is too o much ! the place is ok ok to stay but not for more than 24hours. I won't recommend it to anyone as personally myself and other guest had bad experience there.

starting from the check in the entire scenario was worst as I entered the hostel there was physical fight going on inside and the environment was too negative . The boy who takes care of the hostel man handled his guest also talks so rudely thinking he own it. secondly I don't know who he is person named Sumit was so arrogant and disrespectful he is like why have you kept your bags on bed as if he paid for me . please understand that if customers are not there you won't be running the business . most importantly guests please note everytym you have to call them if you are going up or down in that building as they have only one access card with them . also the building is not fit for families at all

I booked a stay to spend some time with my better half along with a work trip at urban panda, and its been great so far! the room is well-maintained, we could workout at the gym and enjoy by the pool. Also, with their lockers, we could easily explore the city without thinking of our luggage safety. Anyone planning a solo or a trip with friends or spouse can definitely stay here on a budget. And this review is dedicated to the staff who helped us manage stuff even after coming late after the party!
