Spent 3 days without blankets. Told over and over again but nobody came. Wi-Fi issue was there, but after telling 3-4 times, they sent their expert. Hotel to Sharjah airport paid hotel cab was 110 AED. Rest all well.

Stay is good but breafast is nothing washroom r dirty and not in good condition wifi are too slow bed sheets are dirty if they change 100 tymes

No proper wifi, shower doesn’t work properly, even after multiple complaints no use you keep facing the same issue

The property location is very close to metro which is good. But the hotel building is very old and there are small cockroaches everywhere. I wouldn't surely recommend it for a family. May be ok for bachelors. Looks like the mm t reviews for this property are mostly by same ids

Wifi is very poor

Nothing is good all things are old, staff is also not good, service is very slow, i will never want to stay in this hotel

I had to be on a hotel for my flight the following day. Bathroom is bad, water just stays on the floor, i did ask to put me in non-smoking room but i guess they dont even have 1 i had to put on my face mask during my sleep stains on pillow covers are unforgivable, staff are no where to be found rooms service phone is always busy.

The room smell like old house, dirty pillow, dirty blanket, and whole room looks like ghost house, everything is red red red only, i'm scared also, i ordered tandoori chicken and charcoal chicken, they give same sperate plate, and take different amount, that tandoori chicken is very hard, i cannot eat also, same like stone, the wifi is not working, always disconnect, wifi made me mad whole day. I recommend to make my trip, please u leave this hotel, otherwise make my trip name also spoiled, u r star also going down

Location is great else everything is average

Average stay, average hotel. Breakfast menu is very bad. No option for indians. Rs- 1200 everyday charge for complimentary breakfast is not worth it.

This property is not and unhygienic over all not recommended this property

Was not at all satisfied with the service we got there. We had stayed in the same hotel three years back and the stay was good but now had the worst experience. Will never stay in the hotel again the next time we are in dubai.

First of all a big thank you to mr. Salman front desk manager for everything he is the heart of the hotel. Very near to the airport, didn’t try the food, service is good but you guys should start providing drinking water also. Rest all was v good hope to see you guys soon.

This is pendamic situation so safety & hygiene issues very important so i request to hotel staff please check temperature & hygiene every area.
