Review Of Kasthamandap Boutique Hotel

It was amazing stay with Kasthamandap. The location was very convenient to access all key places around Thames. The staff were wonderful, especially Pravin ji the manager, who arranged our travels around. Rooms were neat and clean.

First of all, there was no parking. The room was way too small, and breakfast was good but throughout my stay, it was the same nothing changed. The room door tore my jacket twice since the edge was so sharp of the door. I had to stitch my jacket. Overall rooms are clean hotel staff are very very nice and helpful…

Good budget hotel in thamel area, location is good staff behaviour is also good however room are some congested but okay as per price. Breakfast is also good and everything is on walking distance from hotel

Prabin, the hotel manager provided impeccable service and attended to every request. The hotel offered value for money. Room was clean and breakfast was good.

We had the best all round care at kasthamandap. Prabin at the front desk was so welcoming and took care of all our needs. He listened to our ideas, and made kathmandu a dream holiday! he highlighted the best things to see and organised a driver and tour guide for us. We learn t so much! we are regular travellers and the customer service at kasthamandap was the best we have had so far. Thanks prabin for making our trip!

Stayed there for 3 nights. Whole day business, hotel room only for night stay, so passed time. Old linen. Needs renovation. Approach to hotel and reception make it average.
