The location is good, it is right opposite to the China market. However the hotel interiors are very suffocating, the hotel floor has too many narrow walkways which are very confusing. Also the walls & carpets in the rooms were stained. Book only for short stay & if you are travelling on a budget.

Very bad service and staff They are treating me like not as a guest. They don't know how to behave with the guest, not properly answering the question or not giving proper direction.

The toilets where so smelly, food was literally bad. Not even providing the proper toiletries for the customer, very bad experience

The room was good and the service was also very good. The location is also very good and close to the main attractions in kuala lumpur, just in the radius of 2 km. The price was also very decent. The staffs behaviour was very polite. They had a baggage locker room where you can leave your luggage after you checkout for a couple of hours.

Overall the stay was good. However, the room size was small for a triple sharing. It was also not clean. The property was safe for girls to stay. The staff was also nice and helpful. It would be great if the management can provide clean bedsheets and comforters. Otherwise, it was a nice stay

Worst hotel no have freeze in room no staff corporate and no pool in property, i recomend to all not to stay in this property

Best staff seen. Very friendly. Hotel was very clean. They helped us keep our luggage for an additional two hrs after checkout. Clean passageways. Very close to maha mariyamman temple, chinatown streets and central market. Lovely place. I would recommend this one for staying.

I booked superior room with breakfast.First they said no breakfast,then I showed voucher then they agreed. but they given standard their reception screen showing rooms beds are separate.I complained they said the room given to me is superior

Air conditioner if on means it will take more time to cool the room, water heater not working fast, rest hot water only in low temperature, it little bit hot only, put room freshener spray or room freshener every day, guest need utilise tooth paste and tooth brush

the hotel is situated at the center of the attraction. its a few minute walk from the metro station, the china town is just opposite to the hotel gate, you can have a great view of Merdeka 118. foods are available by the street of this hotel and 12rm to go to the batu cave, and 20 rm to go to the twin tower.. it was very very very good experience and the madam in lobby (evening) was too helpful 😀 👌

Staff was rude. I have never seen such rude staff anywhere in the world. The whole hotel was stinky. Carpets in corridors were dirty to the limit and smelly corridor doors were broken and so dirty that i felt like taking shower every time in touchee them only three items in breakfast fried rice, white rice and chicken wings. No eggs plastic plates and cups were chopped and not cleaned properly when i asked for egg they said they can't make it. Receptionist wanted me to give her 50 malaysian rupiah the security deposit i told her i will give you dollars instead of malaysian rupee she said no it is not a policy i need malaysian rupee i told her when you'll give me on the last day when i'm going back to my country what will i do with this money she was very rude about it.

Room was okay. Could have been better. House keeping staff was rude.

The entire process was smoother. Had a cosy and trouble free stay. Even though there were few minor grievances but the size of the room, ease of booking and addressal of issues by hotel staff made microscopic non-compliances completely non-existing.
