The rooms were clean. The service was good. A satisfactory experience.

Room was clean and good but the AC wasn't working properly. All door locks and washroom lock also broken.

Break fast would have better ! It’s bad, no kettle to sip a tea or coffee. Dish and Wi-Fi were not there ! Stinking lift ! Food should have been better, it was below average !

My stay at tree boo mona grand, delhi was amazing the staff was super supportive, got the early check in without any hus or fuss the people over there were super fun and helpful

The experience was not good. room service and order delivery also so bad.. amenities also not provided by the staff.. I called the staff 3to4 times for better service but staff ignored my queries... according to me staff service and behavior is 0..need to improve

The firrings of bathroom and foor handle and lock needs replaceneent as very old and does not funtion propwrly. Also food quality not good dal makhani is made but thwre is no makkhan and all items are of a 3 star catagiry hotel but taste quality and presentation is of a zero star hotel

Hotel is clean, breakkfast quality can improved. Hotel needs to pay attention on electrical fitting such as exhuast fans and ac servicing on reguak basis. Points for night lamp to be installed in evsry room

Horrible Experience – Stay Away! I had a terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear the management does not prioritize maintenance or guest comfort. The bathroom was a disaster: the knob on the door was broken, the exhaust fan didn’t work, and to top it off, the shower wasn’t functioning at all. When I requested basic essentials like towels, the staff didn’t provide them. Despite multiple complaints, nothing was fixed during my stay. This place is far from hospitable and definitely not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere!

Phone not working. Every time if we need than we need to go reception from 4th floor. Water leaking from ac. Rat in the room. Daily cleaning was done by them. No issue.

2 rats inside the allocated room. I informed the hotel to give another room and he refused to do so. I spend whole night in awkward fear situation and not completed well deep sleep in this hotel. Worst experience

Good location near by market place and mall rooms are clean but the house keeping staff should be trained fir hotel culture which needs improvement

So so experience. No windows in rooms. Restaurant is not within hotel premises. Food is ordinary. Bathroom is spacious. Room is small.
