It was a very bad experience for this hotel. The room was ok. The main door was not working and also flush. Breakfast was very limited, not like a 3 Star hotel. Dinner it's also limited items. Not chinese items, not sweet items, simple general dinner was like formality.

Good Stay
Overall, it was a good stay experience. The staff was cooperative and always available to assist as soon as we reported any issues. However, the room furnishings need a bit of renovation as the furniture is old, with visible wear and tear. Other amenities, such as the food, children’s play area, and swimming pool, added great value to the property. In addition to updating the furniture, the mattresses also need attention and should be upgraded. Furthermore, the swimming pool hours could be extended, ideally from early morning until at least 9-10 PM

The games room was not maintained. The hotel was not at all the same which was shown in the picture . The A/C in the rooms were not powerful. The food quality was average. The property needs a thorough maintainance, also other guests were also complaining. This resort is not for family. 😡🤬

staff was rude and not supportive. service was at his worst level. toilets were dirty. Food was terrible no taste at all . even they dont have proper dish to eat , even I discussed to a staff member he has this what they have. I had 2 days booking with meal , it was just waste of money

The hotel is little bit outskirts of lonavla on the highway .. overall beautifully located . However we have faced severe air conditioning issue which eventually made us change the room . The hotel is spacious and have swimming pool and other amenities. Buffet food is limited and food quality is good Z overall good experience other than the ac issue

1_Service is extremely poor 2_they did not allowing to eat in their dinning area as we did not choose their buffe altough we ordered the food from their restaurant/menu. 3. They did not allow to cut the cake in dinning area. 4. They are food service is extremely slow. 5. We complaint but they didn't bother. 6. Room and locatin is good 7. Over all hotel price is costly in compare to their service, facility ,etc

Not satisfied! 3 out of 5 I rate
It was good but not as I was expecting bed was not good it was divided between one single bed. Bed was not comfortable.All night I was suffering with the ac sometimes feeling hot sometimes feeling cold and I couldn’t sleep because of mosquito as well. The food was good but very expensive. No alcohol to chill. Not maintained properly. The property was small.

this was worst hotel i stayed in... there was no double bed in hotel.. they just clubbed 2 single bed and double bed is ready lol... in night if you slip in gap between 2 beds then be ready for neck or back pain... No Proper person at swimming pool... I have seen some college couple group directly jumping in the swimming pool by wearing shoes so if your having kids don't ever think of entering the swimming pool, you don't know which infection you can get... I have seen 1 couple was arguing for receiving expired first aid kit... you can get Buffett food on lunch but in actual it is night only. luch food which we received was of poor quality

Good Stay
Checkin is at 2pm and checkout is at 12pm, rooms and nice and big enough, instead of double mattress they should have king size mattress. There was a cockroach in room but they immediately gave a different room. Ala carte was good for lunch, dinner buffet and breakfast we booked in advance, suggest to do the same. Pool is clean however the indoor games need maintenance and attention by the hotel. Garden is good.

Excellent Stay
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
