everything was good except the behaviour of the honour. The fridge of the kitchen was smelling so bad.

The most horrible property in Lonavala, As we entered the hall was smelling as if someone has pissed there. All the rooms were having smell of smoke, the swimming pool looked as it has not been cleaned for ages. We left the property within 5 mins. Also we called MakeMyTrip to inform regarding the same and told them the property is horrible and to cancel the booking and refund the money.

Service Is not Good Caretaker Is Not Helping The washroom door was broken and the mirror was broken The pool is not clean, there are no utensils in the kitchen. This is my worst experience.

the place was great the ambiance was great the location was perfect but the caretaker amar was completely unprofessional. we had asked for 4 extra mattresses and the guy only gave 1 and then wasn't answering the phone as he was at his brother's wedding. even the next day he was in a rush to go to the wedding and did not pay attention to anything. he even refused to clean the plates which were a part of his profile. he also got meals at exorbitant prices and was forcing us to pay cleaning charges extra over and above the villa cost. completely dissatisfied with the caretakers at the resort.

It was a wonderful villa! an amazing pool area with wonderful amenities! i loved the stay and even though we were 8 people it was very spacious and lavish! host upjit had a very good communication and the keeper on the grounds was helpful as well!

Very well maintained villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The best part was private swimming pool and personal sky lounge. The host upjit and staff was helpful and polite. Overall a great experience.

We had the villa which had a great exclusive view that we loved the most about this place. Also the host upjit and cohos-ts tan-vi & tanya was helpful and good service was offered during our stay.

Really enjoyed the stay. The rooms are spacious with the master. Every view from the rooms is scenic. When the time came didn't feel like leaving this place at all. Thanks upjit for great service.

The stay was perfect. The location is very dreamy with an amazing view especially during monsoons, food was amazing and the rooms were clean. Host upjit and the cohosts tan-vi and tanya were also very helpful.
