we Had A Lunch In Afternoon At Sunrise Restaurant , 50% Of The Menu item's were Not Available Specially ( Tandoor ) Items , At Night We asked them for a plate At Room, They Directly Refused , And Said Outside Food Is Not Allowed , My Concerns is If eating outside is not allowed, it's okay We Can Understand You Policy , Most of the food was not available in your restaurant, Or We should Only Eat Your Choice Of Food ? Or Stay Hungry ? #Sunrisehillresort #Management Sunrise hill Resort Has Their Own Restaurant , Afternoon We Had A Lunch In their Restaurant , Most of the menu items were not available Tandoor Items Starters Some Main Cource Were Not Available , Evening I Brought My Favorite Starter from Outside, I Ask Then To Provide Plates in My Room, They Directly Refused Saying Outside Food Is Not Allowed , You don't have most of the items Available, So what should I do ? I should Not Eat Do fast ? Ac Temperature fix 26° Setting Is Fix " We Cannot Change....AC Air should also be taken according to Them ? I Did Not Understand have we come to Vacation Or school ?

Staff is good view is good room is small AC was old

Room was not upto the mark. TV was about to fall it was just hanged with wires. Bed mattress was having something in it hard object which pierced into and gave knee injury to us. AC was not working properly was getting OFF automatically. We didn’t felt comfortable there, we slept without complaining as we were tired. It was not upto the mark as money charged was high.

Hotel was maintained, food was alright. The receptionist were friendly but the other staff wasn't very friendly

Room was okay okay, at the reception he asked how much you paid.. he wanted to ask more money.. we checked in late at around 11:50pm. Room tiles are sticky sticky and washroom are not that clean

Actual property cleanliness with respect to bed linen, curtains, pillow, towels are way too off and needs improvement. 1 on 5 points for regular fabric hygiene. Washrooms too unclean and not mopped. Biggest of all, the property rooms are way different (not positive) as compared to the photos. No intercom

Amenities are terrible. Room is not so good as shown in the display pics. Hotel seems to be old. Not at all worth for the price they are charging. Bed linen set is horribly stinking. Seems to be under use for a long time. Towels are dirty. The corridor is very narrow and used food plates of last night with left out food, are thrown just in the corridor. Even after requesting, the boy has not removed. We had to personally go to the ground floor and request them to remove. Wash room ventilator glasses are broken. Restaurant maintenance & furniture is poor. Lighting poor in room , 50% of power sockets are not working. Food - Complimentary Breakfast is not good. Tea in complimentary break fast is quite disappointing. In fact, I have also ordered separately that was very nice. Surprisingly Super deluxe room is having road side view and Deluxe room is having Mountain View. The receptionists are not at all courteous. Though I have specifically mentioned hill view in preferences while booking, They bluntly replied “ room size is more know, you should have known about view before booking”. How come a tourist knows before checking in? The sofas in room are very old.

Not Worth the Price – Unhygienic Room & No Breakfast I paid for one night expecting at least a clean, comfortable stay — but it was a huge letdown. The room was not hygienic: the bathroom was dirty, the bed linens looked used, and the room had an unpleasant smell Pillow was dirty with stain on it. When raised a complaint they immediately changed our room. But On top of that, breakfast was not included, which was surprising and disappointing for the price. Most hotels at this rate offer at least a basic meal, but here we were told it would cost extra. When I raised my concerns, the staff didn’t seem bothered and offered no help or apology. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. Definitely not booking here again.

Very bad experience there staff behaviour is very rude, no any welcome facilities, we know that its very pick season also we have one couple extra so we request that he will with us for some time till new hotel found but they not convinced after that we paid extra only for 1,2 hours.

Room was not up to mark. Bedsheet and pillow were dirty. Tv was not working. Washroom taps were leaking and many more problems were there.

Hotel room was good but manager was blurry rude as o place my coldrink bottle in their fridge but they added the coldrink in the bill and arguing that this bottle is not yours and take extra charges

Location perfect...facilities as per price were good ...food was ok ok

pros : 1. property location is good. 2. service is good. cons : 1. toiletries are given only on demand 2. no coffee or tea bags available in the room 3. breakfast is not good and very limited 4. overall too costly if you are paying 4k to 5k per night 5. limited parking space
