Poor Stay

Rooms where uncleaned, Toilets are messy. It deosnt worth spending so much on Nature Trials. lots ants and insects they can bite your kids. Pool was bit clean

The food is not good at all, my stomach is paining like hell on nxt day. dal is not upto the mark and gajar halwa is worst. you need to improve the food quality first. pool is dirty lots of dead mosquito and not cleaned water. activities are quite good but you must allow to do for atleast 2 times. Not worth. and will not recommend.

Poor Stay

Not worth the money. Overpriced as compared to the facilities provided. Phones in the rooms are not working. Poor mobile network coverage so connecting with the reception is a pain. Wifi coverage is also poor. Terrible buffet food. On weekends school/ college crowd is common so standing in queues and wait time for the terrible food is the norm. Only saving grace is that the staff is courteous and helpful. Property is okayish and nothing to go gung-go about.

Excellent stay. Inside the nature. Pure calmness and relaxing. Property is well maintained and located perfectly on pal i khopoli road. Staying in tent was really a good experience. There is river besides the resort and they have build a way to go to river. Activities are done by professional staff like zipline. Swimming pool available. Nice food. Staff is courteous and caring

One thing which i like about the property is that staff is very friendly polite. Staff is always there to help you. Food was very awesome. Breakfast + meals are quite good. . Neat clean and cozy rooms.

An average place needing vast alround improvements

familyLocation of the property is very good. The area is also very large. There is lack of proper usage of the area. Didn’t find good maintenance of the garden and the attractive looks of the garden. The rooms needs tremendous improvements. There is no tv in entire resort, forget about rooms. None of the rooms have refrigerator. Most of the rooms do not have intercom phones, for any requirement, need to walk down to reception which is no where close to any of the rooms. The food is ok, although not upto the mark. The restaurant can be renamed as a canteen which is wide open from all sides having a roof. We had a nice company of crows sitting next to us having breakfast with us. Only good thing found was courteous staff and helping manager around. Huge swimming pool inside where didn’t find any rules being followed making it non hygeinic.

Hotel in renovation stage, some rooms are ready. Staff are very humble and good. Mr. Akshay was very cooperative. The food was very good. The hotel location was might long from khopoli. Good for a family stay.
