Hotel staff taken my I d card during check in on reception but when I ask to return back my I d he said he will give later but was not given and I left my I d in hotel reception counter no proper service was their as the amount was charge on website timing is also not properly mentioned as check out time is 12 noon no proper lights in room in room their was very bad smell I suggest not to book so high charged hotel and zero facilities terrible and worst experience in k star hotel so be aware

Room is not good , property is not good, there is no room service, every where bad odour, no peacefully

Worst hotel room are smelling washrooms are untidy and very unsafe wet bed and smelly stained in blanket

Well located, good food, clean rooms & helpful staff . Breakfast is reasonably good . Overall good stay for business travellers

Very old furniture. Not maintained properly. Fittings also are very old and need proper maintenance. Internet Wifi very weak. water water tap gives room temperature water, reception responds at least after 3 to 6 calls, breakfast has 2 to 3 items. Outside a lot of rennovation works and huge sounds. This appears to be a royal building but needs a lot of upliftment and improvement in mainatenance.

Not maintained well , breakfast needs to be improved very limited in items . Better to maintain more cleanse in room and toilets as well as food in room service .

Tv not working

That was a great stay with pets of Hotel. Whole night I had to fight with cockroaches and finally successfully killed those. Your fake photos of rooms really helped me to find a pathetic hotel.

People are very friendly and cooperative. Food quality and quantity is very good. Good location. Easy to get transportation.

The rooms were not in good condition; plaster was broken in several areas. Cleanliness was not up to the mark, and the property appeared quite old. Even the furniture and fittings seemed outdated and poorly maintained. It appears that no recent improvements have been made. The food quality was average. Overall, I would not recommend this place for future visits or to anyone else.

price was very very high for rooms which was outdated & service also not up to the mark…specially room service….food not much variety.

Awsome hotel, very hygiene neat well maintained. Restaurant food is also good and tasty. K. Star hotel reception is also good. Felf very happy to stay over their. We came for business tour and we enjoyed lot staying thier. Cab facilities available. Will visit once again.

1.Location is good 2. Stuff are good 3. Management is ugliest 4. Found Dirtiest Hotel 5. Dirty stained utensils, Stinky dirty rooms full of cobwebs, spit mark on wall, dirty pillow and matress covered with a clean sheet giving full of smell 6. WiFi never worked in 3 days stay, only one guy in reception in the evening, taking food bill, working for boarding and check out so long waiting, no one in reception takes call. No contol of AC and TV possible through remot control

I was worst experience staying there they have only twin sharing beds washroom was cozy rooms were dusty plumbing issues paint was damaged very old property staff was not cooperative

Rooms were very dirty, even the towels were not clean enough. There was a bad smell in the room due to dampness in the walls.
