The restaurant was much crowded on weekend other than that everything was great

Food and service is poor. Imagine there is a queue and you have to wait for your buffet breakfast for 30mins. Even the in room service is slow. They'll just apologise and blame it on rush.

Air conditioning was not perfect service at restaurant was very poor it was overall an average stay

Location was perfect. We had a valley view room. Food was amazing. Breakfast spread was huge. Staff was polite and courteous.

Location is great but restaurant service was poor, people had to wait half an hour after placing the order. They were short on staff.

Very good for many reasons but hospitality is not good breakfast is awesome play area is great but garden area is not enough

I was really happy with the entire resort. They will very welcoming right from the get go. Provided me the best possible room, a nice complimentary decor for the room for my anniversary. Food was decent. The view everywhere was mesmerising. The caricature was fun. Missed out on pottery. But overall the newly renovated property is fantastic. PS - A special mention to Mr Pratik Vedpathak who went out of the way to provide me with the most comfortable stay. Loved it, highly recommend.

The cultural experience at hotel Athiva left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.

The location of the property is very easy to locate and very near to the Mumbai Pune Expressway. The amenities are also top notch namely the temperature controlled swimming pool and also the food is excellent. The staff is really well trained and extremely hospitable.

The overall experience is nice. Nice view point of the valley. Rooms are good. For kids they need to provide free TV games.

Food is not just right. High fees for not so high level of services. They forgot our anniversary cake as well.

tv was not working, while cleaning the room the gousekeeping kept the room open for couple of hours they forgot to lock the room highly irresponsible .

Great location, nice weather, revamped retreat, temp controlled pool, yummy food and most important, ever smiling and welcoming staff..

The property is excellent. Super hospitality Food was definitely good and the best part was the whole staff was nice friendly and well mannered. Definitely going to visit again.

Stay and room was good but not all facilities (eg gym) were open. Additional, staff felt undertrained. Food menu was widespread but quality was not the best. Feels like the place is still trying to find its feet.
