Gm of tribute royal e showed attitude to me & to room service people to not do any favour to the customers who were frequently staying for 2-3 times and even the room service guys w err ready in doing the same, but he refused. And whats the point in not serving outside food. This is too bad. Its a simple & basic consideration these guys should follow. And this will be the last & final stay in this hotel i swear. Such a bad experience i have faced ever in my life. Be polite & kind mr gm, this will help u in future to avoid these kind of bad customer reviews and things. This is a small tip gore u mr. Gm, if u r kind & polite to customer, u ll be marked as unique & can show perfect example of a perfect hotel rather comparing previllages of other hotels as u said this morning, just be urself and then compare others. Thanks for this horrible experience.

Thanks for staying with us at Hotel Tribute Royale. Mr is a frequent customer who stays at our Hotel for a couple of times who always books hotel in “Room only plan” and order foods including breakfast from outside and wanted the hotel staff and front office has to bring it to his room.
Being the General Manager of the property, and as per the instruction from the management, I am not supposed to encourage or ALLOW our staffs to serve or bring outside food to guests which they order not from our premises. We have a policy implemented (which is explained to all guests which check in) that if someone wants to order Swiggy or Zomoato or any other outside food , that can be delivered and collected from the security at the reception by the guests themselves. I myself and front office staff informed you about this, at the first stay day itself but you were not ready to accept this. Secondly, as per your review “The staff was ready to doing the same” yes, they were forced to do so after your shouting and abuse over them. Yes I stopped them because of two reasons, one, I do not want them to do violate a management policy from the owner’s side and two , I do not want my staff ,who I believe have self-esteem , do serve you after your unnecessary shouting at them and abuse over them.
I was polite to you. You spoke to our staff abusive words about me, especially the girls at the reception and rooms service boys. During one stay. you phoned to the reception and told the FO staff and challenged them “ that you are going to order Swiggy and staff must bring this to your room in front of the GM and you want to see what the GM can do”.
Dear other guests, Mr. Srikanth are a good guest we wish to welcome him again . But we have an outside food policy that guest have to collect it from the reception. We do not charge any additional charges for plates, clearance or washing charges, which many other hoteliers do in Cochin and other cities.
