Terrible.

Mountain view from balcony, nice food, heated rooms, great location.

Two words. Highly recommended. Month of visit: 1st week of march 2021 hotel is ~12 kms before view points of sonamarg (if you are coming from srinagar. We checked in the evening after completing sight seeing of sonamarg. Pros: total peace to get lost in the nature. Clean and big rooms (comparable to suite rooms) with biotique brand toiletries. Considering covid situation, masks and sanitisers were kept in the room. Hotel staff wears masks while interacting with guests. Owner/manager of the hotel is real good. He took care of us like his own guests. He helped us in planning our srinagar trip. Food served was tasty (we had dinner and breakfast. Big outdoor area as a welcome gesture, we were served tea + veg pakora platter on arrival in evening. Green chilly pickle available during dinner n breakfast. Superb bathrooms with all modern fittings. Indoor games like carrom and foos-ball were available. On one side of the hotel you have sonamarg mountains, while on the other sindhi river. Cons: veg options in dinner were limited. ( but we had kashmiri saag, dal tadka n veg fried rice which was real good.

The service, view, overall product was more then expected.
