Poor knowledge of hospitality. Main issues are 1. Main door lock was problematic, every time we need to take help from housekeeping to open the main door. 2. Room tea kettle was not working. 3. Room ac was installed without outdoor unit. 4. Most of the toiletries were missing from the room and not provided even after asking 5. Not able to deliver choice food form room service menus. 6. Limited and very poor breakfast options.

The hotel was excellent surrounded by snow hills amazing view from rooms window. staff is very helpful and Coperative with nice behavior. food is much tasty than outside restaurants.. I stayed there for 2 nights with my family very friendly staff. my experience is amazing and it's highly recommended for those who are luking good hotels in sonmarg valley. property is much better than other 4/5 star properties there.

familyBeautiful property nested in middle of snow capped mountains. View from rooms is amazing. Entire staff specially restaurant manager was so warm and amazing. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms have hot water all the time. Room service is great. They try to make your stay so memorable. Definitely will visit again. Recommend to everyone. Worth all money spent.

Hotel location is awesome with nice views, food quality is good and staff is welcoming. Only thing we didn't like was hotel wanted to charge for extra bed for kid. Sonamarg is a beautiful place and visit to glacier is must which is convenient from arco hotel
