all was very good stay at sonmarg was extremely beautiful and at shrinagar wollosons was not so good as per the cost.

Rooms are not spacious, vehicle facilities are not available for pick and drop off from the main road as the sub road is slippery,

The property is good. You will have a very good view of the mountains. The Manager and the guy sitting in the reception are very helpful and polite, and all the staff are very helpful on this property. Rooms are warm and cosy with Wooden interiors. It is a must visit property if you’re coming to Sonmarg.

Very beautiful hotel and the location is absolutely stunning with such a amazing view and the staff is very helpful specially Umar bhai , Abdul Karim bhai and Aijad bhai their hospitality is so kind. Will come back soon

the property is beautiful and really well maintained the view from the rooms is amazing the staff is very friendly and always go out of their way to provide the best experience We got upgraded to a better room and that was the icing on the cake The restaurant staff were very well behaved and professional and the food was really great too! I would definitely recommend it!

We stayed for one night. Hotel was very clean and nice hut like look. Food was great both dinner and breakfast. Staff were also very hospitable. The hotel manager helped me to recover my lost mobile phone in one of the local taxi we hired.

Typical kashmiri staff, always dissapointing with the hospitality, its not like before anymore, everyone was trying to charge for every little thing

Food is good, staff is hospitable but rooms are very small as compare to what’s written on the mm t app.

We had a less than satisfactory experience at this place and would not recommend this hotel. Firstly, this place is not located in pahalgam but is inf-act at-least 15-20 minutes from the town. It also has a rather rocky road leading to the hotel and may not be suitable for smaller cars. We had paid a considerable sum for their royal suite (their best room) but on check in were given to stay in another room which did not match with the photos of the room we had booked. The room was located next to the kitchen pantry, had a foul smell, a very hard bed and a broken window through which there was cold wind coming in throughout the night. It was only when we complained to the reception that this does not appear to be the room we booked, that the reception staff admitted that there was a double booking and they had inf-act given our room to someone else. Things were so poor on the first day that when we requested for a heater or blower because of the cold wind coming in from the broken window, it turned out the plug points were not working and the central heating could not be turned on. This was very stressful because we were travel-ling with a baby. Inf-act even the internet never worked that day. Next afternoon they finally shifted us to the royal suite. This room was definitely better but still not worth the money that they had charged us. Here also in the night when we asked for a heater because they couldn’t get the central heating on they said they only had one heater which was in use in another room. The next day the hotel management also fought with our driver and refused to let him park the car in the hotel parking and as per our driver even abused him. When we intervened, the reasons kept changing for why the driver was asked to not park the car. We also spoke to md and complained about the previous night’s experience and also the behaviour of the hotel management with our driver and he assured us that he would speak to us once we are back in the hotel and would discuss the situation in detail. Expectedly he never turned up to discuss our grievance after promising to do so and went completely missing (although the staff said they are throwing a complimentary barbecue on the river which we anyway could not have enjoyed since were travel-ling with a baby. The only saving grace of the hotel is their super helpful and friendly hotel staff (specially the guys in the kitchen) who were extremely warm and tried their best to help us however they could including even offering to baby sit. Overall however the hotel is definitely not worth the money we paid and there are far better and well managed hotels in the main city one may opt for.

Property is located right next to the place where you start for glacier trek. It's on good height which provides great views all around. Food is awesome. Room heating, hot water, cleanliness are perfect. Market is a bit far away

Great hotel, great price, great luxury, superb food, fantabulous and extraordinary location and view. Sonamarg is the best place in kashmir for 2n stay. It itself is the place to be. And absorb the beauty of kashmir + do few points around it. Restaurant executive kurshid and tan-veer were very courteous and warm and served food with respect and happiness. I would love to be here @ sonmarg. Time & again

Good behaviour staff with prompt service. Proper heating and hot water availability in room. Food is very tasty. Best location near to snow bike and cabstarting point for sight seen. Excellent hotel and room view. We stayed for two nights and our overall experience is very good.

Mr. Shafiq - manager from f&b, aijaz - fo manager and the entire staff were very humble, polite, helpful and respectful. Extremely glad and lucky to be travel-ling with my mother that the team gave me an upgrade to a premium room as well and ensured all the provisions are available and took great care of me and my mother. The service was exceptional and amazing. My heart felt gratitude to the entire team and even to the housekeeping team. The food was very tasty and take both breakfast and dinner as you would not want to go any where else. An absolute must stay location with a beautiful picturesque, scenic view from the room and the hotel. Would love to revisit again.

Fantastic staff, lovely surroundings, and a fantastic position. We would especially want to thank mr. Aijaz, the manager, who has helped us avoid problems caused by the local cab driver who was demanding excessively high fares in the evening hours ~5 pm. Mr. Aijas has made sure that our safety is his top priority. He immediately reserved a taxi for us, paying nearly half as much as a local taxi driver. Whether you are traveling alone or with a group, we would definitely suggest this location for families. Your wonderful first impression of the hotel location will make you fall in love (better than other premium brands like radisson country-inn. The hotel was outstanding in every way.
