Property is located at a picturesque place surrounded by mountains. Rooms were neat n clean. Staff was very courteous specially Adil from the restaurant. Even though we left early they provided us with hot breakfast . Only negative point I would say is the rooms don’t have a ceiling fan nor air conditioner. Sometimes when it’s not so cold fan or AC is required

Dear Lemon Tree Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your Sonamarg property and feel compelled to share my experience, which was unfortunately extremely disappointing. From the moment I checked in, I encountered several issues with the service and overall hospitality standards. The staff appeared unhelpful and unwilling to assist even with the most basic requests. For instance, I requested a towel which was simply refused without explanation. Additionally, the breakfast buffet, which was supposed to be available until 10:00 AM, had almost no food left by 9:25 AM. There was no staff at the buffet area, and I had to go to the kitchen myself to report the issue. Even then, no action was taken to replenish the items. In-room dining was also subpar – our food arrived cold, which was both unexpected and unappetizing. Our concerns and feedback seemed to be completely ignored by the staff. It felt as though the property is being poorly managed, with no attention given to guest experience or basic hospitality expectations. The overall service, staff attitude, and food quality fell significantly short of what one expects from a reputed hotel chain like Lemon Tree. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the concerns raised, not only for future guests but to protect the reputation of your brand. The hotel was outstanding, The location was also very good I was stayed two days and enjoyed the most for it’s food and hospitality.I recommend all the people to stay at Sonmarg lemon tree and enjoy it’s brilliant picturesque

coupleI was not able to reach the hotel as due to snowfall the road to sonamarg was blocked by the authorities. I paid rs. 11, 973- for a nights stay in lemontree sonmarg. No refund was given to me by the hotel. It was unfair because i reached halfway but the authorities didn't allow me to reach the hotel. It wasn't my fault. I should be given a full refund. Please mm t take up with the hotel again and get my full refund.

familyLocation is very good. Rooms are too small. They upgraded us to a bigger room, later we realised the room had bad odour coming from bathroom. Food was pathetic, nothing had taste except kahwa. My booking was for too nights, i checked out after one.

familyLocation : excellent with a nice garden in front of fantastic sindhi river. On the entrance side the thajiwas glacier is standing in a majestic way. Inside decor: good, but if you take an extra bed in a super deluxe room, it is absolutely cramped with no space to walk. The toilets are good with 24 hours of supply of hot water restaurant: quality of food is good, but choice in buffet is limited reception and services: excellent with a very prompt laundry facility the best thing i observed was the room heating system, which is fantastic
